Absolutely a joke!
I tried to book a flight and went through the entire online booking process, including entering all passenger details and payment information. Then, right at the end, I received the message:
"Booking Declined – Call 08 7095 2590. No seats available."
Seriously? If there are no seats available, why allow customers to complete the entire booking process in the first place?
Now I have to waste time calling customer service, only to find out whether there are alternative flights available, most likely at a higher price.
This is a very frustrating and misleading booking experience that should be fixed.

We understand your concern, however; as per the terms and conditions, all prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once your booking has been paid for in full by you. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include, but are not limited to, adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and airfare increases.
International airfares have doubled as demand is high and shrunken capacity has enabled airlines to raise prices to combat higher fuel costs. This is an aspect beyond our control, however; we did our best to assist over the call. If fares have increased, the card is never charged without your agreement.
We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused.
