Cheap products do not support!
My husband bought me a minnie mouse charm bracelet and within a few months many of the crystals came off. I made sure I took care of it, never got it wet, took it off at night, never applied anything to it etc. I don't understand after I took in to get it replaced that that bracelet number two did the same thing. You expect a bracelet that its over $100 to have their stones stay in tack... I don't even wear it anymore because i am scared more stones will fall off. I don't know what to do, I asked for a refund for bracelet number one but it was past the 14 day return window even though it clearly a defect from the product. I guess only choice is to keep getting a replacement after the next bracelet loses all of its stones; after 2 year warranty I am out of luck :/
Terrible customer service!
I have ordered from chamilia a few times this year and the service from them isn't good! The offer a few weeks ago was to spend £100 and get a free snap bracelet which I ordered 4 charms and selected a size bracelet I wanted, this was a gift for my mum as I already had a bracelet for myself. When the bracelet arrived my mum checked to see if it would fit and she needed a smaller size so I emailed chamilia to see about getting a smaller size if I sent the bracelet back, the woman then told me that I would need to send the bracelet back and the four charms and place a new order and she also stated that the bracelet was only one size, if that's the case then why could you select a size in the drop down box when going to your basket. Luckily I had been to a shop near me and they exchanged for the smaller size, they were so much nicer than the person that emailed me from chamilia! I made another purchase last week and recieved my order of three charms today, two of the charms being identical were not so identical as one is a silver colour and the other is all tarnished and a yellow colour, this does not look good, I have emailed again therefore complaining about this and the email I recieved back was I have emailed the USA chamilia when my order had came from the UK. If that's the case then why when I track my order it says it comes from Germany! Very unhappy with the service from chamilia, I think I will think again before buying from here and go somewhere close by that does the chamilia charms and beads, and that's if I even buy again !
Terrible Customer Service!!
My grandparents had purchased a Chamilia bracelet for my graduation with a couple wonderful sentimental charms aswell. From day one the clasp was faulty and the bracelet would constantly unclasp and fall off. Over the next few weeks family members and such bought more sentimental charms to add to my bracelet. Then one day the bracelet fell off when I was wearing it for a special occasion without me noticing. Gone forever and I was so upset. So I emailed customer service and explained to them what had happened. The lady I spoke with asked for a list of charms and she would send replacements. Well as soon as I did that i never heard from her again. Many emails sent later and still no response they keep on ignoring me and it has been over a year now. NEVER ever use this company! This past year my boyfriend bought me a Pandora bracelet and no problems what so ever! I love my Pandora so much more and will never support this company again. Way to handle your customer service Chamilia.
Takes forever..!
I order a lots actually. And I was highly recommended to all my friends,cause I bought some that Chamilia x Swarovski beads.
But 2 weeks pass it even didn't depatched!
That is reddiculus! Even I buy some jewelry from Europe at the same time, I got my Europe parcel already!!
I don't understand why you have to take this long and still give me nothing!!

3 weeks and no item and no refund. Never use this company!!
I ordered earrings 3 weeks ago, they were delivered 30 miles from my home. And the delivery company don't know exactly where abouts. It was a Christmas present. We are on December 18th and I ordered these away back in November, doesn't look like I'll have these or a refund by christmas.
I have contacted chamilia customer service, email, facebook, Twitter, everything. I have had to open a case with paypal and also contact trading standards.
I have been passed from pillar to post. I have complained, argued, been patient, the lot. Still nothing.
I was told day after day the refund would be in tomorrow, I was told it would be in today by latest. No refund. I was told it was going to be issued days ago, my husband called today and got nothing but horrible attitude from their customer service, he asked to speak to a manager and was told no!
Facebook chamilia UK phoned me today and told me they aren't actually able to do anything as they don't deal with chamilia and can only pass messages on.
This has become a joke now. Hopefully paypal can help us as chamilia certainly aren't helping.

Still waiting for item to be shipped..
I ordered my Mother in law's birthday present for my father in law since we couldn't find the beads that we had wanted at the local store. I asked the jeweler and she said we would have better luck ordering through the site. We ordered on November 11th and it says on the my account that it has been sent. Upon further investigation and tracking the actual package, UPS hasn't even received the beads, just the shipping order. Hoping and praying it gets here before her birthday (it shouldv'e been here today even if it was one day late from what they said shipping would be), but its really getting cut close now. Fingers crossed.

Don't buy a gift card!
I love Chamilia charms and usually buy them locally at a jewelry store or at Disneyland. My mom gave me a generous gift certificate for my birthday, and after four times trying to use it over the last four months I still can't. Basically, the system they use to manage gift certificates is broken and their phone support representatives can't help. I will probably eventually be able to use it but only after spending hours of time on the phone and website. Not worth it!!!!

Useless
Ordered a pair of beads for my wife's birthday. As yet they still haven't been dispatched and it is now almost a month since I made my order. I would have been better heading into town and buying directly from a local distributor. If it gets to a month I will be cancelling my order and will be going to another well known bead company for my wife's replacement gift.

My niece loves beads
For a few years now I have been giving my niece (10 years of age) a new Chamilia bead for her birthdays. She gets all excited and sort of expects me to give her a new bead already, which makes my job as a god father so much easier!
Ordering and shipment at Chamilia's online shop was hasslefree, couldn't be easier. Totally happy in this department too.
