SHOCKING..dont buy anything from this company. The customer service is terrible dont bother replying to emails as need to return a Christmas present. It may be a discounted price but it's not worth the hassle and now I have a ring which is no good to anyone. Its as if they take your money and run !!!! I will never use this company again and I advise others to do the same . I would give no stars as dont deserve any .
I brought a special chamilia charm when my mum died. One half for me and half for her.
I brought a special chamilia charm for my pandora when my mum died as I preferred it to any of the pandora charms at the time that I'd seen. It was two angel wings with mum on one and daughter on the other. I put one wing with her when she was cremated. The other on my pandora. I'm absolutely devastated and heart broken that my wings stones fell out within the first year. I didnt keep receipt but it doesnt matter its irreplaceable. I hardly wear my bracelet I look after it and have never ever had that issue with pandora. I will not be buying chamilia charms in future!!!

I’ve ordered some charms and they’ve sent me the wrong one I’ve emailed twice and the only response is an email telling me someone from customer services will be in touch as soon as possible. Still no contact second email sent and third.
Tried calling as advised if urgent says putting you through to agent then nothing and then it tells you your about to exceed message length and cuts you off.
I’ve left a message and nothing really angry now as bead won’t be here for Christmas what a letdown previously had good service from them won’t be buying again.
Chamilia have been in touch finally and have agreed to send the new bead today so it will be late but will arrive eventually at no extra cost to me. Resolved albeit it a bit late.

This is the worst company! Do not purchase anything from them! The stones on my bracelet fell out within weeks of purchasing it. Now I’m trying to contact the company for a refund & they will not answer me or send me my refund. I’ve been emailing them for months! This is ridiculous!! My children spent a lot of money purchasing this bracelet & charms for me & they should be compensated!!! How do you ignore your customers???????

I received my order, and one charm was defective/broken. There was a label and return instructions in the box, so I re-packed the broken charm and took it to USPS, to be told that the return shipping was NOT PAID. I emailed Chamilia customer service numerous times (good luck finding a phone number!) and after being ignored for a week, paid to ship the item back myself. Tracking shows the parcel has been received, but no one will respond to my emails about a refund or reimbursing me for return shipping.
MEANWHILE...another charm I purchased for someone as a gift recently was opened by the recipient, and is missing a crystal. I don't have the packaging anymore for this order, so I have emailed them requesting a return shipping label. No response.
TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY...as I am dealing with this, I look down at my own Chamilia bracelet and see that one of my older charms is now missing TWO STONES!
DON'T BE FOOLED by their cheap prices and non-stop sales...you get what you pay for! I have NEVER had ANY problems with the quality of my Pandora charms, and Pandora has an actual customer service number you can call if you need to.
Furthermore, you have to spend $75 to receive free shipping with Chamilia, whereas Pandora always ships for free. Chamilia takes FOREVER to process and ship, unlike Pandora. Chamilia packaging is absolute CRAP. You get a flimsy, thin, cheap cardboard box you have to fold yourself, and a bit of tissue with your charms...totally embarrassing when you are giving these as a gift.
I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges for the two broken charms I received, and I will not be spending my money at Chamilia any longer. Poor quality and non-existent customer service....I'm sticking with Pandora!!!!!
Steer clear....worst packaging ever
After waiting for longer than I was told I would have to I finally received the item I bought for my daughter's birthday which was today. When I opened it I couldn't believe the crappy little piece of cardboard they had sent with it. I bought a chamilia charm from H samuel and was given a beautiful little box with a velvet pouch inside but all I got from chamilia for a pendant was this useless piece of card and a bit of tissue. Absolutely disgusting. Will never purchase from them again.

Absolutely awful company. I wish I would of read the reviews in here first and I would have stayed clear. My order has not yet arrived or even been shipped, I have tried contacting the customer services via email and phone and have yet to have an answer. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from them is to stay well clear.

I have been trying to contact customer service for a week now regarding a problem with my most recent order. They have not replied to my emails. I have been on hold on the phone for more than 30 minutes several times. When I try to leave a message, I am cut off. This is extremely poor customer service, especially from a supposedly reputable company. If this is not resolved very soon, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising all my friends who use this company to do the same.

Same as everyone else, wish I'd visited here first, you cannot get hold off them to return the faulty goods they send, I will be putting a claim in through my credit card.

I ordered the Trick or Treat ghost charm that was on sale for $30, there was also an AUTUMN10 code that I entered that gave me an additional %10 off. I placed my order and the order went through without the discounts. I spent the day calling Chamilia and also sent them an email right away after my transaction and received no response. I plan to notify the better business bureau if I do not hear from them this week.

I've bought quite a few things over the years but now I too have the same trouble where stones have fallen out. Even years ago I lost crystals out of the beads. Recently 2 crystals have fallen out of a bead & luckily I found them in the dish that I put them in when taken off. Don't know if I'll bother glueing them back in as worried the others will fall out. It's a pity this happens as I really liked their products. Think I'll just stick to Pandora.

Im very upset with how my daughter's ring has bent to the shape of her finger and she lost the heart charm the was attached. Ive took it back to the shop to be told that it has been mistreated and not looked after cos of the shape off the ring. Which is not true she wears it all the time. They say u get 2 years guarantee but dont want to honour it. Im just very lucky the lady in the shop believes me and is trying to fight my corner. Still waiting for a response its been 2 weeks.

I am so upset with this company. Placed 2 orders on 22nd Dec 2018 for Disney charms and gift sets, which were in stock on ordering and later confirmed. A week later I received an email saying one of the orders had been canceled due to high demand. The other was showing as processing. I contacted Chamilia today to chase this up and have found out both orders were cancelled. I am furious. Can t believe a company like Chamilia cannot keep track of their orders and continue to accept orders they cannot fulfill. Not only that , it took 12 days and me chasing the order to be given the information. I have bought loads of charms and several bracelets from Chamilia for myself and family members but never again. I am done with Chamilia
My daughter bought me 3 charms last…
My daughter bought me 3 charms last year, 2 in August, 1in December. I had a peacock ,snail and owl. All the stones on the peacock have come out again despite this being a replacement. The snail has lost all but 1stone, replacement again.only the owl is intact because has a gláss bottom.my daughter had the snow flake that had to be replaced ,cause they'd both broke off. Fed up of getting them replaced and bought pandora instead.no trouble at all ,with stones embedded in, it seems.
Fell off within 3 hours of first wearing - broken clasp
My husband bought me a chamilia bracelet for my birthday and so I wore it to a family meal out that evening. When I got home less than 3 hours later the bracelet was lost. I can only assume that the catch was broken and it had fallen off. Chamilia's customer service have said that without having the product to prove it is broken, they cannot do anything. What a waste of money! Very disappointed.

My braclet is constantly coming undone & falling off. It seems very poor quality. My pandora has never once fallen off. I feel it’s very cheaply made. It was a mother’s day present from my daughter & looked beautiful, just a shame I can’t wear it for fear off losing
