Unreliable

I have yet to receive my refund from when I sent back two charms two weeks ago and have email the company and haven't heard anything back. I tried ordering a charm and the first two time is the company did not confirm that the order had gone through and I waited a day and hadn't received any email tell that I had ordered it so then I went and tried a third to me and it finally went through. A week later I received three charm instead of one and this because Chamilia failed to notify me that I had ordered two charms already. I immediately sent back the two charms and I have not received my refund and it's been over two weeks!? I am really disappointed in the service they provide.

Customer Service - non existent but Chamelia did recognise my concerns.

Hi there, I have given a 1 star rating because a star is required !! However, I do not believe customer service deserves this. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have ordered from the Chamelia site before and I have not experienced any problems. I ordered 2 clips and the jewellery stacker which due to the Xmas period, arrived late so was not an issue. The clips did not fit my Chamelia bracelet and the jewellery stacker did not have any means of holding together. When picked up, the stacker would disemble leaving charms insecure. Therefore, I wanted to return the items and emailed customer service for help. I had no reply and the phone number provided after a google search was described as 'unavailable'. I was unhappy with such a lack of customer after care. Thankfully, I paid for my goods by PayPal. This meant I could raise a dispute and I was refunded the full amount paid. I spoke to a PayPal advisor who said that a return address would have been Sweden and the customer care phone number was invalid. I will not be purchasing from Chamelia's retail site again. UPDATE - 9.2.2018. As a result of this review, Chamelia's customer services department emailed me asking for my phone number to 'discuss' my experience with me. I didn't wish to speak to them as I didn't think this would be of any benefit. However, consequently, on two occasions I asked for the return address for the goods received at no extra cost to myself. I wasn't given this. A week later, I was asked for my postal address so that 'the iconic hummingbird charm' could be sent to me by way of an apology for me to keep free of charge. I appreciated this gesture and the charm I received yesterday is beautiful. I am still wary of using Chamelia's online ordering site due to the lack of a customer services phone number and returns address. If this is rectified and made readily available then I'd feel reassured. Until this happens, if I order again from this company, I shall pay using PayPal or credit card as customer protection is available. I do wish to thank Chamelia for the hummingbird charm and seemingly recognising my concerns.

Customer service is non existent I have …

Customer service is non existent I have been trying to get a response via email and have spent over 30mins on hold over the phone. My package hasn't arrived and it's supposed to be a birthday present. If they had bothered to get In touch probably could have resolved the issue in time. Don't waste your money I would purchase stuff from pandora if I was you.

i have been in contact with chamilia as i had a compliant about there customer service number 00800 740 740 40 as this is the number on there web page yes i phoned,its says press 2 if you are calling from uk, and it then ask me to leave a message, there for it comes back and says i cant leave a message as 5757 cant respond back or contact you back ,so whats the point of this, so who do you deal with the complaint now, i have to deal with live chat only to be on there for about hour and 20mins now and still on to them now the customer lady was very nice and now to say there are no managers in at the weekend to deal with this, as i know she has done her best and its not her fault,so well done to who dealt with me, come on management of chamilia get your act together , look at all these reviews, you sell good jewelry so just correct your problems and you will be better companies , i still await reply

Customer service is appalling update

Ordered my mother a safety chain for a Christmas present, mother went to put it on her bracelet on Christmas Day and the safety chain clasps don’t even fit the braclett!
Ordered the bracelet and safety together!
I have sent 5 emails so far and nothing in respons what so ever !!
I’m so appalllled my mother is so upset that is doesn’t fit and that they haven’t even replied !!!

After Chamilia requesting my contact information to pass on to a customer service rep I still haven’t heard anything !
I think the service is absolutely disgusting!!
Not even any acknowledgment from my previous emails or the information I provided !!

I will be sending it back for a refund and emailing everyday for an update !!
I promise I will never ever be purchasing Chamilia products again!!

I am so annoyed ! How can a company of Chamilia’s standard have such appalling customer service !!!
After reading all the reviews I wonder how they are still in business nobody is happy with them at all.... I can’t blame them

Won’t be recommending Chamilia to anyone !
I will go back to spending my money with Pandora !! Such a shame as I loved Chamilia products !!

Diabolical; Nearly 3 months to process a refund!

I ordered two charms from Chamilia’s UK website on 06/10/2017 order ref. 228085114.

I returned one of these two charms as ‘unsuitable’ within the legal time limit & following Chamilia’s instructions on 19/10/2017. By 01/11/2017 I had still not received a refund or any communication so sent an email to customer relations, UK. I received a reply the same day to advise me to wait 3 weeks from date of return for a refund to be processed. This date passed & still nothing, so I emailed again on 14/11/2017 & I also opened a PayPal Dispute.

On 20/11/2017 I received an email to confirm that my refund would be processed and to allow a further 2-3 weeks! In the meantime, I also received a request from Chamilia to close my PayPal Dispute, which I did believing that the refund had been processed.

Today is the 02/01/2018 and I have only just received my refund!

The significant delay is both unacceptable and inexcusable. Had I not emailed, I doubt I would have received a refund at all & I imagine that many customers will have forgotten about refunds they were due, trusting that they had been processed.

I will not be shopping from their website again. Aside from that, the quality is poor for the price. A silver enamelled pumpkin charm I bought in store frequently turns yellow, unlike my silver beads from competitors. I can only guess that this bead is not solid silver as advertised but actually silver-plated.

The beads & the customer service can only be described as poor. I expect I’ll get a reply to this review, inviting me to contact (again). Well, I’ve given my order number here & detailed my complaint; if you care at all about customer service Chamilia then you have my contact details to offer an apology.

I would love to put no stars!

I would love to put no stars!! Disgusted with the quality of these charms that cost about £40-£50 or more each. Mine is less then a year old and most the jewels have fallen out, my daughter brought me a moana boat to go on it and it has snapped off! Nothing to show in a shop to get it replaced! May as well have flushed the money down the toilet. I've spent hundreds on my bracelet and charms!

Received a sister charm and a crystal …

Received a sister charm and a crystal charm for last xmas. The stones come out of the sister charm within days and tge crystal cgarm has about 80% of the stones missing. Can i replace it even after a year. Not sure where my sister brought them from

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 3 items but received 2. Communication with the customer service has been disgusting. I was asked if I wanted a replacement eventually. I agreed, never heard back and it's been a week. I can't believe it has been so difficult to get what I paid for from a supposedly reputable company after it was their mistake in the first place. Very unhappy customer. I won't buy from them again.

Had a chamilia charm bracelet bought …

Had a chamilia charm bracelet bought for me on a managers deal with 4 charms abd 1 spacer. 2 of the charm had stones in which have fallen out even after being replaced once and the live heart on the spacer has come off and been lost. Then for my birthday in july i had the mrs potts and chip charms off my childreb and have niw noticed the chip charm has fallen off as the bit attached to the braclet has come open. For the cost of these charm i would expect better quality. I only wear my bracelet occasinally and always store in properly. I am absolutely gutted about this and doubt i will be purchasing any more.

My husband purchased me a chamilia …

My husband purchased me a chamilia bracelet and charm in march of this year the charm was the four leaf clover with green stones within 2 weeks the stones had fallen out of the charm even though the bracelet was only warn with care and stored correctly' took the charm back to store and it was replaced within another month the stones had fallen out again so again had to replace the charm . I then received the sea turtle charm for my birthday in June this has blue stones agin the stones fell out and charm replaced at this point the sale assistant made commitments that I was to blame total embarrassment!! The final straw came last week when after returning from holiday I noticed that again 3 stones were missing from both charms I took it to another branch of h Samuels so as not to embarrass myself again and have swapped both charms for different ones that have no stones I am happy with the charms but upset that the ones I were given as gifts iv had to part with due to the poor quality of the stones and now if I am given charms as gifts will only be asking for ones that have no stones. I feel for the cost of the bracelet and charms stoppers etc well over 200 pounds that the quality would be better ! I would also add I have sent comments to chamilia on the web site and have had no reply !!

Stones fell out

I have e mailed chamilia but no response .
I was gifted a chamilia charm last year . 80% of the stones fell out within weeks . I thought it was something I had done, so never complained.
In February of this year I brought my daughter 4 charms for her 30th birthday , all meaningful , from her children, myself and her nanny .
I notice this week all of them had stones missing . One of them nearly all stones.
I was so upset , she hardly ever wears her bracelet as I do and has never immersed it in any liquids .
Very shocked . Have never lost any stones from my pandora charms, some of which are six years old !!

Poor customer service

Sent my item back as got the wrong thing. Received an email saying they got it and emailed back to inform them of my bank change. I have been ignored for the last week and have sent numerous emails trying to contact them but still have no reply. It's disgraceful. Clearly you don't like the custom much!

All excuses when it comes to refunding

Will never buy from Chamilia online again.
Rang 3 times to why I had not received a refund and luckily I had tracking.
They received it back on 21st June 2017 and just rang today on 13th July 2017 as previously had rang them to why it takes so long to refund..all excuses of it can take 3 weeks to get to our factory...Then today the customer care assistant said there is no receipt of them having it..I said "Good job i have it in black and white that it was received back on the 21st June" She then said "You need to send over the tracking number"..I said "No, I will tell it you for you to look" as previously fed up from having to ring few days ago for them to not get back in touch with me. Does not tell you in the returns on their site that you need to provide tracking however I did email them and provide tracking...so yet another excuse of them saying they never received an email from me..

all I am saying is beware of anything you send back and make sure you send it tracked/recorded

Still waiting and she said it can take another 2-3 days for refund..So will have been a month in total...

STOLE MY QUOTE !!!

I got a Chamilla charm for a friend.Few moments after I bought it online ,I realised the message on the greeting card had a spelling error, so I emailed them straight away to correct it.Got a reply few days later that it wasn't possible cause the item was already dispatched...They had 3 days to fix it...They didn't..I put a nice quote on the card that Chamilla is now using on their website.!!!(with no spelling error, of course)..Get your own ideas people....and start caring about the customers

Lost stones

Was given a bracelet with charms at Christmas and only wore it for the first time 3 weeks ago. 3 stones have come out of one charm already and 1 out of another. Im so disappointed I loved my bracelet and had sentimental value to it.

My husband bought me a Chamilia bangle …

I bought my wife a Chamilia bangle and three charms for her 60th birthday costing £150.00. It was too small, she emailed them to ask for it be exchanged for a larger size. Despite being well within the time limit for returns or refunds his request was ignored. I then emailed the customer feedback address on the package, twice. Both emails were blocked. We then emailed the original email address which was ignored again. We are now stuck with a bracelet that does not fit and it would appear won't get an exchange or refund for. How ARROGANT that they obviously ignore customers requests. What should have been a beautiful gift for a special birthday has turned out to be so miserable. Unless you are prepared to offer a complete refund DO NOT MAKE ANY EMPTY PROMISES!!! customer order number is 228078193.

Bought my daughter a bracelet for her …

Bought my daughter a bracelet for her 21st birthday four years ago and have been adding beads to it each year including a safety clasp. But have now discovered the clasp has caused wear and damage on the bracelet and company won't repair it and just say we have to buy a new one. I can't do this every four years and if part of the actual safety clasp is causing damage then it really isn't doing it's job.
