I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves attention. Back in December, I contacted support regarding my account and a refund request. At the time, they were very responsive and assured me that if I completed KYC and provided all required documents, the matter would be resolved within 6–8 weeks. I fully cooperated and submitted everything they asked for. Fast forward to April months later there is still no resolution. The timeline they gave has long passed, and communication has either slowed down significantly or turned into repeated answers and delays. And when I followed up after waiting this long, they had the audacity to tell me I still had to wait even longer. Let that sink in: I gave them months, because iknow it can be busy and they think this is acceptable. The amount involved isn’t even significant. This should have been handled quickly and professionally, but instead, they’ve wasted my time, broken trust, and shown zero respect for their customers.

To anyone considering this company: stay far away. Based on my experience, patience is exploited, promises are empty, and you will be treated unfairly.

Where is my big win?

I have been playing for over 2 years on this website. Actually spend pretty much money on this website, and sometimes i had some wins and i did withdraw them. My experience was very good until last month. Monday 23rd of February i was playing a game i always play. For once i actually won the jackpot but then it said 'server connection error'. The next thing i saw was a black screen and my big win was not calculated. I immediately reported this to my VIP manager and he said he would take care of it and that the situation will be checked. I send my bets of that night and also i had a screenshot of my win to my manager. It's now over two weeks later and i still have not heard from them. My VIP manager said i probably won't get my win back. Very disappointed in this website. Why is it taking so long? And what if im not getting the big win i had?

Question About Withdrawals at Chachabet

I have been playing at Chachabet for a long time and until now my experience has been positive. This is the first time I am encountering an issue like this, which is why I am writing this review to ask for clarification.

Recently, I won money on slots and requested several withdrawals. The withdrawals first showed as pending, and then changed to refunded. The funds appeared back in my Chachabet balance, but they were not transferred to my bank account.

At the moment, I am waiting for three withdrawals. A fourth withdrawal shows a message saying that the merchant has refunded the transaction and that it can take up to 30 days. I am a bit confused about what this means and what I should expect next.

I would like to understand:
• Why are the withdrawals being refunded instead of paid out to my bank?
• Is any action required from my side?
• How long does the withdrawal process normally take in this situation?

I am hoping this can be clarified soon, as I have not experienced this before and would like to continue playing with confidence. Ps I will change the stars when issue fixed :D

Last Monday, I made a deposit and played a game, and this time I won, which was great. I immediately requested a withdrawal and read on the Chachabet website that this takes 1-3 days to process.

I contacted my bank directly and actually made the transfer. I have now sent the screenshot to Chachabet for confirmation. It is, of course, strange that I received the money directly into my account and played with it, and now Chachabet says they did not receive it. That is obviously not true.

I am waiting for a response and if it turns out to be a misunderstanding, I will of course remove or amend this review.
But for now, be warned because they are currently blocking my withdrawal, which is not right.
