This is the worst casino ever. and they scam you so much. that they basicly take all your withdraw to them self. i been waiting for my withdraw 72 hours. around 80 hours later i get a e-mail that my account is blocked duo, to a violation of our Terms of use and following rule: read below.

RULE: LalaBet accepts as a User only natural persons with a single account. Neither a legal entity nor corporate body is allowed to open or to have an account on lala.bet website.
Only one Account for each household, IP address and computer device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computer device

And i live alone using one account. and i still did not get my withdraw back regardless if i'm blocked or not. they made up their own rules. i have screenshot and everything. i will now proceed to my bank. DO NOT PLAY AT THIS CASINO They make their own rules that don't exist and you cannot read them anywhere.

Real bad service

If there is a problem caused by a coworker they won't look for a solution they just tell you the rules and that's it. In my opinion don't try to give a damn cent to this company because it will all be in there favor and they make sure of it!

This is the mail with my explanation:
On august 23th, I had a conversation with Mary on the chatsystem about a withdrawel that want possible for me. At that moment I had 500 euros in my balance and I couldnt withdrawel it because of an error that said that the deposit didn't came through at the bank from lalabet. (Probably because it's the weekend)

I had to try again later.

Afterwards I askedanotyer question:

 if it was any problem to use the bonus I got from a scratchcard (worth 200 euros). 

That I would not affect my 500 euros in my balance so at the time I could withdrawel it, it was still possible. She ensured me that it was not a problem at all and she adviced me to use the bonus so that I could still play along and wait untill I could withdrawel the 500 euros that I saved to withdrawel.

So I did.

I activated the bonus because there wouldnt be any problems she said.

And after I activated the bonus there was 700 in my balance at the moment. I spend 200 euros from my balance so that I could still play. I lost the 200 euros what I thought that was the bonus money because it was on top of my 500 euros, and there is not an option to switch between real money or chips money.

I made sure that I left 500 in my balance so that I could try to withdrawel it when the deposit came through.

At august 24th I tried again. But I saw that there was 500 euros in my account but I could only withdrawel 300 euros. I thought this was because of the bonus that was still active.

I cancelled the bonus and tried to withdrawel but than I lost the bonus + 300 real money that I tried to save for withdrawling.

When I talked with Mary on the chatsystem she didn't mentioned any of this. Because I asked her many times in diffrent ways if there was not a problem that I could still play with the bonus and still withdrawel my 500 euros. She ensured me that that want a problem and took her advise for granted. 

I tried to communicatie again with the chatsystem because I feel like I got misinformed about the rules by a coworker  from lalabet. And now I lost 200 euros in real money + the 200 euros in chips money because she didn't mentioned anything about that the bonus money would only be used after the main balance was used. I specifically asked her that if I activate the bonus and I play for that 200 euros that I could still withdrawel my 500 euros that I saved up. No problem "she said". 

This was they're response:

Please understand that while our support team always aims to provide accurate information, the rules outlined in our Terms and Conditions apply to all players and cannot be overridden. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to refund the €200, as the system followed the standard process for active bonuses.

What we can do is forward your feedback to our customer service management team so that extra attention is given to improving clarity when players ask about bonuses and withdrawals. Your experience is very valuable in helping us ensure our communication is as clear and supportive as possible.

Update on my last review

Update on my last review, been a month and a week now and still no sign of my money.
My account is blocked not closed as requested, in the meantime lalabet is shamelessly sending me promos and nonsense.

No sign of any support whatsoever, and like last responds from lala said. Communication couldve been better, guess what there is still 0.0 communication.

Lalabet took my money, i won and they refuse to pay.

How long can a so called technical expert take to free money. Apparently a month and a half.

Besides lala is saying they have not been declared bankrupt in their precious location yet courtfiles say differently.

Lala owes alot of money to dutch players and refuse to pay out.
They bypass any local laws and continue to scam players.
