Service was great but cost was bad for the service 20 minutes to half hour the used filters were left behind for me to dispose of and they are not recyclable if I pay for a service I dont expect to use my own bin all waste should be taken away. This is something I could quite comfortably do my self next time and will do.

Appointment was made a few days earlier, with a 4-hour time-frame, thus giving me "freedom of movement to do shopping etc.
On the day, I got a text 15 minutes before arrival, giving me time to "prepare".
He was efficient, professional, clean, courteous, helpful - what more could one ask for?

The engineer you sent out to us was very friendly and helpful. He is the first engineer who has not left our filter under the sink leaking.
