Received my Cellreturn mask 4 months ago. Expensive yes but I can honestly say I've noticed a big difference in my skin, well worth it.

The product is incredible and easily worth the investment. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because for the price that you are paying. The manual should be clearer and / or customer support should be willing to answer any amount of questions that their users want answering.

Service was brilliant, thank you for answering all my questions.

Cellreturn have a speedy and efficient service and I am very pleased with my purchase of the Neckleray. A great investment for my skin.

Cellreturn customer service is awful. I purchased a platinum mask and four weeks later, I noticed no difference at all. On 29 July 2022, I contacted the admin team for advice, I was asked to send 2 photos, which I duly did but received no reply. On the 4 August 2022 I contacted them again as I had still heard nothing. On
6 August 2022 I received another reply from the admin team to apologise about the wait but she was still waiting for the advisory team to get back to her.

This is shocking service, Cellreturn mask is not cheap, but it seems once they have your money they are not interested in the customer.

Funnily enough just a few hours after putting this review up I received a very cheeky reply. After looking back at people who say Cellreturn masks are so good, they are either very young with beautiful skin already or are celebrities who have laser treatment, different facial treatments and even face lifts, whilst still using the mask, not really a true reflection.

Very pleased with the product and the follow on service the company has provided.

I am emailing you to try and return the head mask after two weeks use because it is causing headaches no one is getting back to me on this.

Cellreturn is new to the UK, developed in South Korea. So they are well advanced with technology, I have the LED face mask and Neck Ray, so to enhance my therapy I’ve also purchased the RICH GOLD HYALURONIC ACID AMPOULE it’s quite costly at £75, so I wait to see what results I see.
Delivery was very quick and well packaged.
I suffer with migraines like Lily Earle, and other face conditions that effect the nerves in the face. So I’m desperate to try anything that will relief the facial pain.

I use my Cellreturn every night on the Red mode and every morning on the pink mode. I love it. .

I ordered RichGold Hyaluronic acid Ampoule and it came very quickly. I have been using it every day since it arrived on 20th May and I am very impressed with it, I will certainly keep on using it and would highly recommend it.

I purchased the gold serum... Oh my goodness my skin is glowing. Have used morning and night for a week so far and it's so nourishing on my face and residue on the backs of my hands too!!

Had a problem with the ampoule but the issue was soon remedied. Sophie in customer service was efficient and offered a very kind gesture. Have had the mask since last August and I am seeing great results.
Would definitely recommend.

Ive had the cellreturn mask for 1.5 years. I have seen no difference in my skin what so ever. And such a price to pay for such disappointment. I used all settings for my ageing skin, red skin large pores, scars and spots. No change at all. 5 months in i contracted the team. I was told every skin varies. So continued. Finally last October / November contacted them again with photos of my skin. Started a conversation with a lady, after first the first email she never bothered to reply. Contacted them again, a man started speaking to me with weeks of not hearing, I kept contacting them. He said give it a few more months and send photos. I did this in February, again i contacted many times to get a reply. Finally today they have heard from their experts saying they are not miracle workers!!! What you are advertising is miracles. I agree i didnt expect a miracle but some changes improvements at least for the price tag. I have asked for a refund today, and told you cant expect it after a year of using. You guys dragged it out, not me. Even if i had had good results. Your customer care is shocking. You have 1 star because i hsd no choice, i couldnt leave a review without it

I live in Israel and was super happy to receive my platinum mask super fast in 4 days. Delivery was very professional and well packed.
I was amazed by the quality of the mask and the amount of lights.
Short days after I ordered the necklace Ray device and I'm excited for it to arrive.

Product arrived within 2 days, well wrapped and protected. All videos to demonstrate use, easy to clear and easy to follow. Quality product.
