Love Cath Kidston items but received a gift tin ‘ anything is possible’ for Christmas. Upon opening the thing there was a very strong, unpleasant scented and overwhelming smell.
I threw the tissue, but unfortunately, the smell remained on the creams that were inside.
It is now March and the tin, despite having been washed stinks still and I could never put food in it.
I love perfume, but this really is not a nice smell.

Have always bought converse high tops, decided to try cath kidston equivalent and after less than 10 wears the inside of heel is pushing down leaving an uncomfortable lump behind my foot, never experienced this with converse, disappointing

I love their A4 notebooks very much and been buying them for many years but they have stopped selling that in recent years. Wish they can resell them again.

I am not sure if this is the same legitimate company but I ordered some items from cathkidstonlondonuk com. The order was allegedly shipped from the US. I have never received it, and I haven't got a refund either. My email correspondence was with suspiciously looking Chinese 'account service' at ordertomail.com. Clearly a scam.

I went to specsavers to purchase some prescription glasses and chose the Cath Kidson frames. Only had them for just over 12 months and the colours around the rim of the glasses has completely gone. They just look like ordinary pound shop glasses now…. Not happy

Tried to purchase items to £62, they tried to debit £82, with no confirmation,no.order number, also the e mail customer service does not exist, messages are bounced back.
Do not use them.

The things I ordered have not arrived. I paid for the items they’ve got my money.
I just don’t know what to do was it a scam

I made my order on 17th December 2023 and was able to track my order slowly going through the process until 4.1.23 where it got stuck in customs in UK. It didn't move from there and I requested a refund on 15.1.24 and it is now 8.2.24 and still no refund. The delivery company seems to no longer exist either. I have been able to email customer service and get replies to be patient. I have come to the conclusion this is a scam site. DO NOT USE!!

Still waiting for my parcel over three weeks now they say think the parcel lost & can have a refund still waiting 🤷‍♀️

I ordered to this merchant last October as a present for the upcoming Christmas. Unfortunately, until now, I am still waiting for the order to come( not sure if they still deliver). Contacted the customer support last year and fortunately had a reply from them this January stating that they will give additional 35% refund according to the total amount I ordered plus, they will still send the item. I have a tracker and I kept on checking it everyday. Today, as per the tracker, the ordered items are in the local warehouse now and I don't know the reason for keeping them for too long as it's been there for a week. Even clearance with the customs takes time to the point it was there twice. This merchant is very disappointing and I must say not to order to this website anymore. I am expecting those order as a Christmas gift but they downed me. For Cath kidston, If you are planning to continue your business, please be responsible enough with the customer's orders. If you think there's a lot of fake website, make an action to fix it. Cath kidston's items are totally good, but because of what happened, this merchant will have a very bad reputation in the future.

I have not received my item yet they delivered it on the other side if the world. I only realised after I contacted them as they never provided me with tracking details. Now my order is lost no communication. I will like my full refund. Good at taking my money. I have opened a dispute with my bank aswell.

I ordered some baby stuff for my baby and my parcel never bothered to arrive! I contacted them and asked for updates, but they were extremely late with getting back to me and then said I had been offered a full refund (which I have yet to receive) there was no order confirmation no tracking but of course the money came off straight away when I bought it! I bought back start of November and it’s now December and still waiting on my refund and an explanation! Please do not buy from here!

I ordered a bag from their website, but it was not what i wanted so I sent the item back. I had bought it through Klarna. I informed Klarna that I sent the item back but Klarna did not get a response from Cath Kidston. I had to pay for an item that I sent back. The worst of all there is no way to contact them here in the UK. I am fuming.

Fake website don’t use it. Only order from Next, I tried to order through the site I thought was theirs but it didn’t work and the next day I had scam payments taken from my bank account.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, I ordered 3 things for my daughter for Christmas weeks ago, they still haven't arrived, looks like my money was taken and I won't receive anything!

I tried to purchase on their sale website and it will not accept ANY valid credit card. the Paypal link does not work. I tried to contact them and their numbers do not work and their email bounced back.

Watch out it was a scam. I received a WhatsApp message giving me a number to call. When I called it, it was actually Cath Kidston and the customer service rep did not advise me that it was a scam. I see that this has happened before so they should have informed me during the call.

The CathKidston sales site is a scam. Do not use. The money is taken and no goods sent out. Watch your Bank Account as"Mary" sends messages saying you have added to your order. BEWARE

Still no response,and my parcel still did not arrived month passed.....shame on you .I have send so many e mails.scammers

It's a complete scam, instead of getting my bag that I ordered, I got a ring worth apparently £200(?) which I highly doubt. So whatever you do, don't go ahead with the purchase and if you have ordered inform your bank immediately. Don't feel bad about it, it happens to the best of us.
