FRAUD PRODUCT - TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
As the other reviews state, this is a fraud product. I paid $294.00 and tried one month of the product. No results.
Then, my cancer treatment does not permit to take it and I asked for a refund. They said January 2 was too late. Do not buy this fraud product from a terrible supplier.

Total SCUMBAGS! I made the foolish mistake of buying TINNITUS FIX It said 60 money back guarantee. If you bought a certain quantity (which I did), it would become a LIFETIME GUARANTEE.
My order got doubled somehow and I asked them to adjust the charges. They said they would refund me $224.72 then never did and deny telling me they would, even though I have the email from them as proof!
The stuff does not work! My ears actually ring worse than they used to before taking it. CLASS ACTION ANYONE?
I received a phone call from one of their slimy sounding reps trying to sell me more products, that were never mentioned in their ad. He said it was "protocall" to take these 3 other (junk) products and that I must be crazy to think that taking some drops once a day for a couple months would get rid of my tinnitus. Even though that is exactly what their ad said it would do.
Dont waste your money on this crap. If you want to, I'll sell you my leftover bottles at a discount.

Very Pleased
I spent two months working with the company that sent me the product. When they finally agreed that I could return it for a refund, which I did, they stopped answering my emails. After a month I contacted PayPal and they suggested I contact cartpanda.com. They replied immediately and stated that I would be receiving my refund, and I also got notified by PayPal that my refund was on the way. I was thrilled!

Marina took charge of my refund and quickly proceeded without delay. I have written so many times to the seller with any satisfaction. Luckily when I went to Cartpanda directly, they took complete ownership and refunded my purchase price to 50%. I think the original seller intentionally waited so long so I would only be refunded partially. Better than no refund I guess. Marina was awesome!!!

I have written several times for this company to refund me my $321.99. Last December they said to send the product back and they would give me my money back This was Jessica Simpson. I sent the product back and they refused to acknowledge me. The last month said that she was sorry for everything and she was gonna hit it up to her supervisor.
