Cartpanda appear to be a scam operation. That offers a sales platform for vendors to sell through.
I ordered a product off a Facebook advert. This had no Cartpanda branding. It was Gex Corporation. Once the money had been taken by Cartpanda. I received an order number from them. There was nothing about them. No terms and conditions on the page. When the order arrived it was not what I expected ordered. I immediately contacted GEX who said I had to use the product for 20 working days. Before I could send it back. I then asked for a return address, which they never gave me. All of their emails are generated by AI, as are Cartpandas. They then keep delaying you purposefully until they say they have processed your request ,and sent it through to Cartpanda. The refund never happens. Then I get an email from GEX who say Cartpanda require 10 days to pay me due to a system problem. I wait nothing happens. Part 1

I placed an order with Cartpanda on 5/1/2026 that offered a buy 3 get 1 for free. I was checking my payment card invoice and notice I was charged for all 4 products. So I wrote in to Cartpander and Joao was my customer service rep and (he/she)understood the complaint looked into it, reported it to (he/she's) team and Carrpanda handled my issue in a very timely, prompt and professional manner and corrected your companies mistake and refunded my payment card immediatedly. I had purchased two products that were unsatisfactory. In compliance with their return policy, I sent both products back to Largo, FL. and sent the company a copy of the shipping receipts and tracking numbers. According to the tracking company, they received the packages on 4/14/26. They refunded one product for just over one hundred dollars. They are claiming they did not receive the second product. Thus I will not receive the $300+ dollars refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times. I have not been successful.
Easy to find website easy to see what you would spend on so many bottles. Excited to see if this works so I can stop taking gp1 injections and paying through the nose. 🙏

When I realized that I couldn't afford there product under their plan and asked was there away that I could return the product. Their suggestion was wonderful, I could return the product or keep it and get a partial refund. I really appreciated this. I am a senior getting out is somewhat difficult for me. They are truly a excellent company. Their service is unique and professional.

I was expecting a full refund after returning the Burn Slim I didn't use, and had waited over 2 months with no word of progress. I wrote several emails also with no results. After repeatedly trying a help site they offered, I was connected with Bofi who finally treated my situation seriously and quickly. After hearing from Bofi with instructions of further info they needed, I received a full refund within 2 days. I was both surprised and very pleased!

I needed a refund after the deadline. I had extreme extenuating circumstances. Four representatives refused to refund. Finally I asked for the supervisor. Pedro contacted me and issued the refund thankfully. I really appreciate Pedro.

The end experience with Euzebio from cartpanda was 5 star !! But before this my journey was excited about this product which I ordered in march and still not received by end of May , I had contacted and emailed them many times but didn't seem to be getting any where with stress and worry about this order. I was about to give up until Euzebio actually emailed me with what had actually happened with my order and apologized and give me the heads up, he was so helpful and friendly, it was such a relief, I can't tell you.
Very happy with the outcome now.

My experience started badly - I purchased a producted that was seemingly promoted by my teacher, whom I trust - but was actually using an AI reconstruction of him - against his knowledge. The moment I realised I was being sold a lie - I cancelled the order. I was expecting to have to fight to get my money back. But Cartpanda immediately cancelled the order and gave me a full refund, no questions asked. It wasn't their product or marketing - but they took responsibility anyway. I'm truely grateful.

A chatbot tried to resolve my issue over email but could not locate my order so it was sent to a live person who responded to my request and cancelled my order, as requested. This was the easiest transaction I've had with a company in a long time!

For weeks I was trying to get my money back from a company. I had never used their product but the only response was that they’d only give me 50% back. Right on their website was a large announcement that for any reason within 60 days, you could get a 100% refund!l I paid over $600 so I wasn’t going to accept their offer. I wrote back but they never responded. Again, I wrote to the company and it just went to the dead letter office. I went back to PayPal and found out about CartPanda. I wrote to them and I was fortunate enough to get Marina!! From that point on, I felt relieved!!
I provided all of the information she needed and she went to work on it. It really didn’t take too much time for her to get my money back. I just wanted to give her a great big hug! She was so caring, efficient and constantly kept me up to date.
There’s no doubt that if I ever have an issue again, I will definitely go to her‼️

After not being able to use a purchase from a company on the web, owing to health issues, I asked the merchant to take a return. They agreed this, but then offered that I keep the producer for when I was well and they would return 35% of the costs. Rather than the trouble of return I agreed, thinking that the product may be useful in the future. At first there was a delay with me being told the payment had gone through. However once Cartpanda e-mailed me, it was all sorted out in 2 days, no problem. Thankyou.

I ordered several supplements, which unfortunately was handled by Cartpanda. They only offered a 60 day guarantee which is not long enough to determine if said product will be effective. Therefore, I’m out of luck! Wait, they did offer me a 50% refund! Then they took that away as well. If the products are legit and work, guarantee would be 6 months to a year. I have bought supplements with a 365 day guarantee because it works.
Madela was great; she showed great concern for my problem. The account I had at the time of purchase had been closed. Cart panda's refund policy is to refund back to the original debit card. Well that would not work. I kept going back and forth with Cart panda until Madela got involved. She asked me for my current bank's rt # and acc # and just like that; I received my refund. You need more employees like Madela, people who really care, and I thank you, Madela, you are great!!!!
