The experience was not so well because it took too long to get through to the right person due to. It was a third-party transaction, but it was now settled and I got my money back because it wasn’t helping me. It may help others but this time around it was not for me, but I want to thank you

I was within the refund time period, the customer service of cartpanda responded immediately. They couldn't find my order which was clearly on their website. It took some time, almost a month but I did get a Ramon who was able to help me, gave me instructions to return the product, and issued a full refund within a few days.

I sure hope my review/s have saved people their hard earned money. I have repeatedly requested a response via phone, email or deposit back into my account for this fraudulent company to return my money! Supposedly 100% money back guarantee but no, not true. I obviously have assisted in earning their pay for the lies and deception they provided and even with receipt of return they have still not sent my hard earned money! I am 66 and on social security and really want back what was guaranteed, $315.99! A very costly mistake on my part! Please do not do anything with this "company!"

I made a purchase online for which I paid with PayPal. Subsequent to the purchase and payment, I found the unrequested information of the product, was fraudulent and with deepfake. I immediately contacted Cartpanda, the Merchant of the company that "sold" me the product; within minutes of sending my email to Cartpanda, I received an email from their support team, assuring me that my complaint would be dealt with immediately. Within 5 hours I had my payment reversed into my Credit Card account.
João, from Cartpanda's support team, was decisive and prompt in resolving my complaint. I'm impressed, more so, after reading some of the negative reviews I read about this company. Well done João.

It took over a month and ended with a notification that my order was returned to sender because they could not find my house! There were no notifications. I contacted the company who processed a refund right away.

I would like everyone know that if you are returning the product, document everything. I tried for months to get my money back. I'm sorry I jumped the gun when I wrote that review. I assumed Cartpanda would honor there word the lines of communication got misunderstood or something of that nature , and I am still no closer to settling this mess I may have to seek legal action this has drug on for so long almost 7 months I'm in complete disbelief that trying to get a refund for a product that had a 60day money back guarentee would be so difficult to actually receive from this company. that's all I have to say about them I won't be doing anymore business with them anymore.
The team is very patient and understanding of people's predicaments thank you for your patience and support ill get back to you once I have started the course 😊

I wanted to return a product and they were very helpful in accommodating me. They gave me three options. I picked the one that fit my situation. I mailed the package back. when they received it, they credited my account for the purchase price. They did what they said they were going. That is why I gave them five stars

I really was interested and was willing to spend $37 to see more about the product, however I was charged an additional fee that I did not agree to and when I requested a refund it was refused; so they really do not stand behind their word and certainly do not believe in God!
