Excellent Service, fab easy communication with no hassle!

From start to finish the entire process was so easy. Prior to the first call I was expecting a bit of a hard sell regarding the “need” to purchase ancillary services but this certainly was not the case. Yes, I was told about them, and at the end of the day each or all are relevant depending on individual circumstances/requirements, but there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase. I have been so impressed by the service I received that I have opted to pay the monthly fee to continue my relationship with Carter Westwood for anything I may require should my needs or circumstances change in the future.

I have had the most excellent service. Everything explained quite simply throughout the process. The person I dealt with, Craig Hall, was extremely professional and yet so friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this service as they are brilliant.
