Telephone consultation with will writer took about an hour but all very straight forward.

Was all quite straight forward and was kept up to date with each step, was bit worried about all being done on phone and online but was no problem in the end.

Information provided by Carter Westward was extremely helpful in choosing the best Will for us.

Purchased a voucher through Wowcher for a mirror will at a cost of £19.99.
Fabulous service. Initial telephone call to briefly mention what assets we had to determine our will.
2nd call for both myself and husband to be part of. All clear information provided and all our needs were met. No pushy sales a very knowledgeable gentleman that understood exactly what we wanted.
Brilliant easy service. We have received our wills today. Admittedly terminology is a bit hard to understand but nevertheless we have piece of mind now that our instructions are clear and met for our children.
An additional cost was incurred to us to place our house and savings into a trust for our children. But once again there is no pushy sales. It just made sense to set one up.
Takes roughly a period of 6 to 8 wks from redeeming the wowcher voucher and receiving will.

Very helpful and cost effective
The service provided was outstanding, lovely adviser, quick turn around of documents. I did a Trust and what a saving I made!

Got involved with this shower of sh***t through Wowcher basically offering a great deal on "will writing", I paid my money and waited, eventually I received an email to say they were very busy but someone would be in touch, so 6 weeks later I have a missed call and then a text to say they had tried to contact me, so I did as requested in the text and called, I left a voice message because they didn't pick up and waited, however no one called back, so I emailed only to get an email back asking for suitable dates and times their rep can call to discuss my will, so I agreed (eventually) at time and date, in that email of acknowledgement was a request to complete a form so their rep could best serve my need (as I guess sell up), anyway I completed the form and got the acknowledgement that the form was complete. A few days before I got another email confirming the agreed telephone consultation and also saying I should complete the form, so I emailed to say that I'd already completed the form and then heard nothing back until the day of the booked call when I got an email to say I was in breech of their agreement, the call was cancelled and I loose my money (I suspect not on the latter). So my advise to anyone thinking of buying a cheap will "if its too good to be true it generally is" so take your hard earned money and use a better company.

On emailing to complain I received contact from C and W and Natasha who dealt with the issue was brilliant. She did everything she said she would do and swiftly. The refund is being processed but to put it right they've undertaken it by phone call at no cost. Some companies would not even contact you, so impressed at how this was subsequently handled. I'd give 5 stars to Natasha and the company for handling it,
but given the previous person who communicated raised to 4.

All done online, not even a phone call from them. Don't answer emails either. Wasted my time as my mother has no email and does not use WiFi. Explained this but heard nothing until the docs were done on her behalf stating so and expecting a call to her to verify. They refused to call and just refunded without discussion. Be prepared to do this on your own they just write it off a form you complete. For older people who don't have WiFi or can use Internet totally useless.
