Very easy process, got my new ride ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Cruz. From start to finish, there was no messing about or leaving me in the dark he kept me updated throughout the whole process and was always reliable and true to his word.
Even though there were a few issues along the way on both my side and the dealership’s, Cruz continued to prioritise everything and pushed it through to make sure I could collect the car on the date we originally agreed, which was incredibly convenient and helpful around my routine.
Cruz was so down to earth, easy to speak to and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I really appreciated the effort he put in to make everything happen. Thank you so much, Cruz, you have no idea how much I appreciate all your help! Warning: Finance broker failed all safety checks, slipped in hidden fees, and is withholding my £4,000
I want to warn anyone using this finance broker to find a vehicle. They explicitly assured me they had done rigorous checks on the dealership they were partnering with and directly told me this was a "safe deal." That was a complete lie. The vehicle they brokered for me was dangerous, clocked, and the entire experience has been a nightmare.
The "Safe Deal" Failed on Day 3: The car they approved suffered a major mechanical failure—the gearbox jammed completely in reverse—on day 3, after driving just 41 miles. I had to pay out of my own pocket for an independent Halfords safety inspection just to officially prove how defective the vehicle was because the broker's "vetted" dealership sold a total dud.
Falsified Mileage: The vehicle's mileage was completely falsified. Despite the broker claiming they check these dealerships, they missed (or ignored) that the car had been clocked. When caught out, the excuse was simply that "it was what was in the dealer's system"—proving the broker does zero actual due diligence before telling customers a deal is safe.
Hidden Fees & Financial Games: They slipped in hidden admin fees right at the very end of the paperwork process when the deal was already agreed upon
Manipulating the Law to Hold £4,000: Now that I have legally rejected this faulty car, the broker’s call handlers are actively trying to manipulate statutory consumer rights to avoid giving me my money back. They tried to claim they have "14 working days" to issue a refund instead of calendar days to deliberately stall. They are currently doing everything they can to avoid refunding the total amount and are holding onto my £4,000.
As a broker, your job is to protect the consumer and finance a legitimate vehicle from a reputable dealer. They failed on every front, mis-sold me a dud, and are now using call-center tactics to keep my money. Do not trust their "safety checks"—go elsew

Very bad avoid them i recently got a car from loan from them i was given 2 different prices when I asked why am I given different prices they said oh sorry it was an error but will give you a refund after 7 working days i have still not received anything and now they keep ignoring my calls and messages hannah was dealing with my car loan be careful what they say to you
