Poor experience with Carmoney…
Carmoney were getting me finance for a car I wanted. (Wheelchair access vehicle). However, I changed my mind BEFORE I went to sign up for it & pay deposit. When l rang Carmoney to advise this, I was informed the dealer had already been paid. This can easily be remedied by the broker doing an "Unwind" on the contract to get the funds back. This is where the problems started. I emailed Carmoney 3 times & rang 4 or 5 times (speaking to a different person each time each with a different excuse why the "Unwind"hadn't been done.) They never returned my calls either. Eventually, I had to get a third party to help sort it. In my opinion they are a very unprofessional company. If I could give them no stars - I would.

After sales is absolutely horrific!
Got a van selected by them finance sorted went through to see van pay deposit other and it was not in very good condition’ bald tyres rust but dent/slash in back door few others things.
Nener took ownership and tried for 3 days to get intouch with car money by text phone email and absolutely nothing no reply left on hold totally ignored
Different story when trying to tie up the deal constant calls from 4 different people in the space of 10 minutes even though they were informed was in work!!!
Them random automated messages asking when was picking up van just constant!!!
