I spoke to an employee called Nathan and he was very very helpful throughout the whole process and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted, would definitely go with this company again 10/10 service

I dealt with Chris, he was informative and helpful throughout the process. It was quick and easy to do over the phone and using email. I started the process on Saturday morning and picked the car up Friday afternoon.

So helpful, was first time financing a car and rob made it super easy for me answered all questions needed.

This was a quick easy process, made even easier, by Ninja calum , from finding the right car to finding the right lender, Fab job, guys.

This is my 2nd time using CarMoney and each time they have been extremely wonderful with the service they supply with me getting my new vehicle. I would 100% recommend them. Amazing all the way around. 😁😁

My experience with CarMoney has been extremely disappointing.

As the finance broker who introduced me to the supplying dealer, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and due diligence. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Last week, CarMoney emailed customers advising that they were switching off their telephone lines because they were unable to cope with the volume of complaints.

This has left email as the only method of communication, making it incredibly difficult to obtain updates or discuss what is already a stressful situation. Responses are slow, and customers are often left wondering what is happening with their case.

My complaint relates to a Fiat 500 that was sold to me in a condition that an independent engineer has since found to be not fit for purpose, with evidence that the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident and had not been repaired correctly. I am still trying to resolve this matter. With no way of now contacting them directly email is my only option and I’m getting no response or updates.

I have also asked CarMoney what due diligence they carried out before approving this dealer onto their panel and what ongoing monitoring they undertake before continuing to introduce customers to them. At the time of writing, I am still waiting for a response.

I appreciate that CarMoney may not have physically sold me the vehicle, but they chose to introduce me to the dealer as they advertised the car, and arranged the finance. Given the seriousness of my experience, I believe it is reasonable to ask what checks were undertaken before recommending that business to customers.

I initiated contact with the dealer directly who does not wish to take liability, finance company refer me back to CarMoney, Warranty refer me back to CarMoney, CarMoney is completely ghosting me and here I am as a consumer with a car that is dangerous to drive, still paying for it, paid for a independent engineers report, paid for a warranty in full, unable to use the warranty to claim for a hire car and basically out of pocket - Please make that make sense!

Shocking service CarMoney, you simply cant ignore customer or their rights under the Consumer Protection Act of 2015, any dispute with a mis sold vehicle has to be be dealt with within a reasonable timescale, does not cause distress to the consumer and where the consumer is not financially impacted, you have succeeded to doing the completed opposite..........

Carmoney facilitated the purchase of our car without any hassles or complex agreements. From start to finish it has been a stress free process and would highly recommend them.

Carmoney were getting me finance for a car I wanted. (Wheelchair access vehicle). However, I changed my mind BEFORE I went to sign up for it & pay deposit. When l rang Carmoney to advise this, I was informed the dealer had already been paid. This can easily be remedied by the broker doing an "Unwind" on the contract to get the funds back. This is where the problems started. I emailed Carmoney 3 times & rang 4 or 5 times (speaking to a different person each time each with a different excuse why the "Unwind"hadn't been done.) They never returned my calls either. Eventually, I had to get a third party to help sort it. In my opinion they are a very unprofessional company. If I could give them no stars - I would.

Diogo is an absolute legend
After being let down by more than 1 dealer Diogo kept on looking for the car I wanted and eventually came out with a cracker and a really good finance agreement for me.
To say he went above and beyond is an understatement I can’t thank Diogo and the team enough the new car is currently on its way to me.
