i ordered a leather jacket the first week in august, which i never received. Apparently the tracking stated it was being sent from China, i couldn't understand the tracking information was written in Chinese. because the leather was being shipped from CHINA. i sent an email around the 18th of August, which they told me i had to wait for the product. to this date i have not received the package. this is bad business, in my email, if i knew the pack was coming from China i wouldnt have ordered it. sheesh

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I made the sorry mistake of buying a "leather" jacket from them. It came almost 3 months after I ordered it, was not real leather, didn't have a proper lining, the zippers were not metal, and didn't fit - it was tiny (I'm usually a M but got a L and I could barely zip it up). Upon asking for a return and refund: THEY TOLD ME I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING TO CHINA!!! Nope. Just no. Please save your money, this company is garbage.

I ordered a pair of classic leather high boots. I ordered them on August 8, 2020 because they were shipped USPS I did not receive them until after August 20, 2020. They were not what I ordered. They were suede not leather...the heel and sole were rubber not leather...they were burgandy not red and they were an ankle boot not a high boot. I was charged $49.90 for a $5 boot. Once I started to initiate the return process...I was told I would have to return the boots back to their China factory for a full refund...that was not possible due to shipping restrictions...than they offered to only refund 35%of my money and to keep the item. After threatening and reporting them to the BBB did they refund 100%of my money. 100% dissatisfied and now understand why they are going out of business.

Not only charged me for 2, but never received my order! Sent me wrong tracking # one time, then the next said it was delivered. I personally KNOW my mail delivery lady, it was NOT delivered! Will not respond to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I wish I would’ve seen these reviews before even buying this fake ass things they over charging for some fake things this isn’t real leather and I’m still waiting on my refund as we speak. Then they don’t wanna give you your whole refund either. This place isn’t in the USA all items are coming from China. This company need to be shutdown for making people think they are getting something but customers are really not. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

The jacket was not leather and it don't fit false advertising I want my money back

Total deception!!! Jacket took six weeks to get here. Was suppose to be white leather. They advertise they are in Rhode Island. Well.....it’s from CHINA and it’s polyester. Feels like plastic, smells horrible and is not WHITE!!! Complete rip off!!! I have someone looking into this so called company!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I would have like to have given this a big fat 0. Since I will not wear this trashy looking piece of plastic it will be going to the Salvation Army. Although, I’m embarrassed to even give it to them!! This company should be ashamed of themselves!!! KARMA. You will be found!

There’s NOTHING on the jacket nor label that says it’s from Carmen Leather.
Sure took my money faster than it took to send me my plastic...I mean, “leather” jacket!

Stay away from this deceptive company! I purchased a "leather" jacket from them. It's just a cheap piece of plastic, poorly crafted. It's too bad that scammers like these people are allowed to operate giving China such a bad reputation. I'm waiting to see if they even have the integrity to respond to my request for a return and refund.

I have made it my mission, now that I am retired to pursue justice against the theft, misrepresentation
and false advertisement of this company. I have spent hundreds on one jacket that I have not received. Another jacket that was ordered in error, then canceled and monies even though advised would be were never refunded me. Money thrown away on 3 purses and a watch that I did receive, however that are more than slightly questionable in appearance as to being genuine leather. I suppose I do not want to face the truth and from there, my shame regarding the depths of my embarrassment re being defrauded. Oh the horror! Surely, animal rights groups must be cackling at our folly. Who knows? But one thing, I do know.

You must not order from this company. They are not legitimate and if you do, you may end up separated from your money in the most humiliating way possible. Then to further the madness, end up with absolutely nothing to very little to show for your efforts in honestly endeavoring to own quality leather.

Terrible! scam! please stay away - I am getting my bak to look into this - The site added extra items to my order and charging me, then after receiving this I made many attempts to contact them but no response - tracking number doesn't work either!

I’m so glad people are finally realizing what a huge scam this company is!! Unfortunately I bought something two months ago from them, received only one item out of the three, I was trying to reach support and it’s only a voice recording of some older british girl. I emailed support so they could send me my other jackets, they arrived today (a month later) they are XL & fit like a small!! I can’t bend my arms, they smell horrible, they look used and badly put together. I’m filing for a dispute, please don’t waste your money here!

Shocking experience clearly a scam so don’t buy from here ! I am getting my bank to look into this as it’s clearly all lies. How people can do this is beyond comprehension !! Hope you people feel good about stealing from people

Is there a rating less than one star... I rate this company and their customer service a 0... I ordered what I thought was a pink leather purse and wallet and receive some thing that looks like plastic not even the same shade of pink I emailed the company letting them know that I wanted a refund and was informed that I would only get back 35% of $109 that I spent on these items I understand the Covid thing and not wanting me to return the items but to only give me back $35 for something that’s worth $.35Is armed robbery I hope someone read the reviews before placing an order please do not fall for the images they post online this is what you will get if you order from them .... SCREWED

Horrible Company and Merchandise! I ordered 3 Jackets and one purse!I ordered a 2XL so I could wear a sweater underneath a 1XL to wear alone. And my Daughter a XL with a purse! My 2XL jacket finally arrived when I saw small! That's an understatement. I couldn't even get my arm in! My daughter tried to put it on super small! So I tried to request a refund through there email 18 times with pictures called there support number just a dumb recording! Still haven't received my other two jackets or the purse! It's OK! I'm going to get my money back! And you can keep your knock off merchandise!

I had made two orders. The first for a purse the second one for a pair of boots and a jacket. Only the boots arrived. and the quality for a pair that cost almost $50 is SUBPAR!!!! horrible. Very fragile and looks like it was made of carton, in very flimsy layers. Mind you it's all MADE IN CHINA, with low quality material. Stay away.

I too ordered multiple items from this site. A leather jacket, pair of booties, phone case and handbag. I received ONLY the handbag. Waste of money! Emailed them and currently waiting for a response. Let's see what happens. If I hear nothing, I will be forced to open a dispute with my bank!

I ordered a “leather” jacket, bag and wallet. I only received a jacket and it definitely was not “Carmen Leather.” Not only was the jacket not real leather but it was 100% polyester. Also, the tag said Lika Rulla. You can find this SAME jacket they advertise as originally for $290 but “on sale” for $90 at Aliexpress for only $30. The shipment was supposed to have my other two items, who knows what Chinese designer they were trying to rip off there. So not only was I a total idiot who just spent $200 on a fake jacket I could’ve bought for $30, but I’m also missing my other two fake leather items. I’m opening up a dispute with my bank, this site should close ASAP. Also their reviews are monitored before posting so those are fake too.

This is the last I have heard from them.

Basically they printed the postage label and never sent the merchandise. Buyer beware

Well I saw this great company that sells discount leather items, biker jackets, handbags, shoes etc. I ordered a jacket and handbag. The transaction went through but I noticed that an extra jacket was put on my bill and $69.90 was charged to my account. When I realized that they charged me for something I did not order, I immediately contacted them 3 times by email and phone message. After 3 days of not hearing back from them, I received an email saying that my order was packed and shipped out 15 minutes after purchase! There is nothing that they can do to rectify the situation, so I paid for a jacket that I did not want or order!
