OMG !! I’m so disappointed and what’s even worse is me finding this site with all these horrible reviews . SMH we were all scammed!! I ordered what was supposed to be a black Carmen leather jacket with a hood, back on the 4th of august.. let’s just say here I am 3 months later on the 12th of November, the coat finally came but it’s not Carmen Leather and it damn sure ain’t leather. I literally just emailed them asking for a full refund, but from the looks of these reviews I might as well call it a Loss

They actually reached back and refunded 80% of my charges. Just be aware that if you need to return the item you need to ship it to China at your cost.
The jacket I ordered was size S fits like a XS...runs small.

This company is awful! I fell for the ad! So stupid and I should have known better!! The biker jacket I ordered was so cheaply made and cost too much. It stunk to high heavens! They do not use leather! It is not even as good as pleather. Shameful this business is using bad unethical business practices. I’m done with ordering anything from a company other than a highly reputable place. Money lost, lesson learned!

this is a terrible company to do business with I canceled my orders well in advance after receiving my first jacket and receive them anyway when I contact the common leather they told me we're sorry we processed your order 15 minutes before receiving your email however I sent the email two weeks prior to them shipping my order. they only respond after you've placed your order once you need to contact them it's crickets!!! truly a disappointing website to order from for me never ever will I do it again!!! PS for those of us who read these descriptions quickly PU stands for polyurethane these are not genuine leather jackets!

This is terrible.
Says genuine leather all over the site with comparable imagery. Biker jacket I received is clearly pleather. Stinks, and is terrible. I feel scammed and stupid that I didn't doublecheck before spending money. Requested a return and they claim they're a small business and for me to pay shipping... back to China! Shipping costs me more than what I paid for the jacket. Want to cry, I should have known better.

Bought a jacket. Emailed me that size was not available. Charged me for a second jacket. Sent one jacket that was supposed to be red. It was burgundy and stunk. It was $69 jacket that was bought in its place with the tag on from another company. I’ve tried sending back the jacket and calling. They are scamming everyone. DO NOT USE Why doesn’t FB take them down.

I read reviews about the quality and company. I immediately reached out to CANCEL my order and they still emailed with a FAKE order number. DO NOT order from this company. I also tried calling 401-203-5322 and keep getting a voicemail.

Took forever to get andit js c the poorest quality of leather i have ever seen. Jacket cheap & flimsy. Belt cracked after one day of wear. DO NOT BUY !

really bad. they make you pay for the return to china on their defective fake leather crap they are peddling to people. No Social media or phone number to contact them - shouldve realized it was a scam

Your clothes are horrible. hey said genuine leather —is pleather They are all the same people WISH, Carmen Leather and Mocawoca. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE.

This site deserves a -1 rating. The products take months to come. Nothing is ‘buttery soft leather’ as they describe. Everything is polyurethane. I ordered a size 39 and they sent me size 24 twice and wrote they delivered what I ordered. Terrible, terrible. Don’t waste your time.

Carmen leathers need to be ashamed taking people's money i was trying not to even put one star but i had to it wouldn't let me write.Moving forward please never order from this website the jackets feel like heavy duty plastic wrap and they won't give you no refund i had to actually pay extra $15 to exchange my jacket for a bigger size the Medium fit like a small and i still havent received my jacket yet but they days are coming you cant treat people like this and think you're gonna get away with it

Honestly I wished I had come here to read reviews of this Plastic jacket before placing an order.i ordered for the crap on the 11th of August and just received it on the 7th October and I guess it is my loss.i can’t even put it on! Going straight to the donation box.$123 gone down the drain.Lesson learnt not to be in a hurry to buy what looks fanciful online without reading reviews and also verifying the authenticity of the company!

This company does not even deserve a one-star rating. Like the other advertisements say, this company is not legit. They false advertise as a leather company when it really should be called Carmen Plastics. I paid $130.00 for a plastic jacket that took about three months to arrive. Furthermore, I paid another $30 for so called soft leather fur lined gloves that were also plastic. Not even good quality false leather. You could buy these things at the dollar store for about $3.00, not the $30.00 that I spend on them. Do not be fooled like I was!!

They advertise that their jackets are leather and that there is free returns. Well I waited a long time until the jacket actually arrived and when it did it was not real leather and had a very strong fish smell. When I contacted them they said that they are a small company and will not pay for a return. If I could I would give Carmen Leather no stars. Do not purchase from this business.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. They lied and said the jacket was leather. The jacket is just cheap plastic. It is very low quality. I paid 89.00 dollars for this garbage. I did not get an invoice. In order to get my money back, I made a dispute with my bank. This company is full of crap and so is the jacket.

Honestly speaking I'm upset with myself for reading your reviews after I purchased my item because everything people are saying about your unprofessional services are indeed true. First of all the jacket is not genuine leather and definitely not worth $94.00 and you sent a child's size smh. I pray for your thirsty self centered unprofessional asses ..... Really !!

I had to first click on a star in order to even write a review. Ok I just read some of the reviews of other customers clearly I didn't do any research on this site, so far I haven't received my jacket and communication with this company only corresponds thru emails half way. This is the second website that the BBB needs to investigate as U.S. citizens are being ripped off

I have ordered 2 jackets still waiting nreply from sending emails I paid 180 dollars what can we do to get money back

I received my item after 3 MONTHS!! As everyone else has said, these people are scammers and I will report them to the BBB. The item was described as a premium leather jacket when in reality the fabric tag inside states it’s 30% polyester. It looks cheap and was not worth the price charged. I wish I’d come upon this review site before purchasing.
