Staff in the workshop were helpful and polite I followed the visit with a phone call to book a mobile engineer who arrived on time he was knowledgeable and precise in his explanation of what he was going to do and finished within the 30 minutes that he said would. Very efficient and very friendly and soon as I called them they gave me choice of coming to their shop or they will come to me to my car so I went to shop and within 15 min I ve got my key done and I tested and working and save me from hassle of waiting and did nt spoil my bank holiday weekend excellent service friendly receptionist and very friendly technician and thank you guys .

From the beginning of my conversation with the advisor, he explained what as gone on with other drivers in the same situation.
The time frame was remarkable, after I received all my notifications and first payment was made, the following day the Locksmith called me to double check my location.
When he was by my van I got another message and I went to meet him.
Very pleasant Locksmith and within a short space of time the job was done and final payment made.

I got the secondnd key for my 2022 VWTiguan with this guys,I was suspicious at the beginning, I had to provide personal informations on WhatsApp, if you feel the same you can pop by in one of their locations. Key ordered from Germany, and it was programmed on my drive. Multiple methods to pay, no hassle, friendly and professional staff, very happy with the result.
