Very quick and efficient
Great company to use. I found their site late at night and left a message. Replied straight away. I was a bit sceptical having to pay a deposit at first before appointment but paid and had appointment by 1000hrs next morning. It was straight forward and key cut in great time. Great company. Would recommend.

the engineer that came out pried an aftermarket decal off of my dashboard (for no reason at all) and in the process scratched my dashboard. jude on the phone was lovely however hence the 2 star

The technician who removed my Ghost 2 immobiliser was very professional, worked cleanly, and completed the job quickly with no hassle. My car was back to normal in no time and I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing a similar operation .

Good company
Came quickly and did what they did. I have now used this company twice. (Form your own opinion on my key keeping skills) The first occasion I would give 5 stars to. Everything from start to finish was excellent. And the person who came round superb and friendly. The most recent occasion only 2 stars. Purely down to the chap who came. So off bordering on rude. Almost intimidating. That may be a bit unfair as I could easily have just left him to get on with and this would have saved me from being exposed to his manner.
All in all, would use them again.

I had a positive experience with CKS
I had a positive experience with CKS.
I requested for a quote online and within minutes received a phone call with a quote. It was well priced compared to some other mobile repairers. I decided to go in shop as it wasn’t far and only paid £125.00 for an 3 Series 2013 E92 forb key.
They also had a coffee machine in the waiting room which was great. Took roughly 25 minutes.

Technician arrived at 1pm after phoning…
Technician arrived at 1pm after phoning to say he’d be there around 1ish. Declined a cuppa as he wanted to crack on with the install.
Installed both locks and then showed me how they worked. There was a slight issue with the plastic lock surround on the side door but it was resolved very quickly and everything looked great. Settled my bill and he left at around 3.30. Great job done and everyone was happy.

Impressed with this company they told me it would take over 2 hours to complete the job but it was done in just over an hour and everything explained clearly.
