Websire easy to navigate and minimal information required. Terms and conditions presented clearly, and exclusions highlited. I made an error on start date and was able to make the change online a few hours later and was ver easy to do, with updated documents sent within minutes.

Car hire excess automaticically renewed me, however I won't be hiring a car this year, they took the payment out but when I phoned them to let them know I won't be hiring a car this year they reanberced me within 24 hours. Will definitely be using them again.
