Very pleased with Carbon Savers
We decided to switch our gas hot water heater to an electric heat pump so did a bit of research on Google. We chose Carbon Savers based on the numerous five star reviews they received. We were not disappointed.
I put a query on their website on Sunday and received a prompt reply the next day. Set up an appointment on Thursday and Alex Patterson called right on time. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, including applying for the government rebate.
Everything went through smoothly with his expert guidance.
Within an hour we had an appointment for the installation. The installers arrived on time and efficiently completed it in couple of hours.
I would not hesitate to recommend Carbon Savers to anyone looking for a new heat pump system. I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Alex and the installation team.

Working with Ashlyn Cameron was an absolute pleasure and made our transition from an old gas water storage system to a new 320L Emerald heat pump incredibly smooth. She was highly knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process, from the initial proposal to understanding the expected rebates. Communication was always prompt, and she made us feel totally comfortable asking questions along the way. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to make the switch to electric water heating.
