Very helpful boys / Ryan and Brady

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. While the hot water system itself appears to be working correctly, the conduct of one of the installers raised serious concerns.

During the visit, the installer made inappropriate comments about cash payment, which I found unprofessional. After completing the installation, he claimed there was a gas leak and shut off the gas supply, but did not clearly show me where the leak was or provide any proper explanation. Instead, he referred me to another plumber.

Following this advice unfortunately led to me being taken advantage of by a third party, resulting in significant financial loss for what turned out to be a very minor issue. The situation caused unnecessary stress and expense, especially given that the problem did not appear to justify the actions taken.

I raised these concerns directly with the company in writing but did not receive any response. The lack of follow-up, accountability, or willingness to address a serious customer issue is very disappointing.

Overall, while the installation itself may have been completed, the experience surrounding it and the absence of customer support afterward leaves me unable to recommend this company.

Our old gas hot water system gave up the ghost so we decided to do the conversion to a heat pump unit. We decided to go with carbon savers. Our contact, Alex was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the process, helped with the rebate and fast tracked us through. Within a day the heat pump unit was installed and we had hot water. The installers were very helpful, efficient and friendly. I have no regrets in choosing carbon savers.
