Reimo tour tent for minicamper

The product, tent was defect. Tentpoles 20cm too long. Zippers sewed on the wrong way. Seems on strengthened points broke easily. Edges unravelling. Missing parts. The company gives no help. No service. No refund. No repairs. Nothing! They sell low quality products to a high price.

Great shopping experience

The customer service people gave good advice and really tried to understand my problems. Payment was simple. The delivery time was several weeks, but they told me in advance that this was the case since my stuff was a bit odd. All in all, top shelf service.
