Worst online shopping experience I’ve…

Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. So many problems I can’t even remember how it started. Even the website didn’t always function as it should. Payment didn’t function properly, and customer service was so badly automated that different tickets regarding different issues and different orders all got muddled up. The responses from customer service were sometimes completely jiberish (nonsensical) and mostly very unhelpful. The customer is generally assumed to be wrong or correspondence is so rushed and superficial that it doesn’t make any sense. Would be perfect material for a comedy sketch, but not remotely funny when you’re busy with your own projects and just want to order some useful camping van materials.

This company is very professional. They ship items fast, they handle returns easily and speedy, the items they sell is of good quality, the pricing is right, and you may easily contact them both by mail AND phone! I recommend this company to my family and friends and to you too.
