Ordered a Thetford toilet replacement part that was shipped out the same day with a 48 hour tracked delivery. Royal Mail somehow mislaid the package and when contacting Chris at Caravan Crazy he immediately dispatched another one with a 24 hour tracked delivery. WELL DONE FANTASTIC SERVICE.

I ordered a part that it was not ready…
I ordered a part that it was not ready to be delivered at least in 2 months. Part sent together with something I needed urgently. I did not realize until it passed several days. Then I cancelled one item and wait for the other which was ready. Bad communication too many e-mails

There is not complete description about…
There is not complete description about the item and wrong measurements are given without any note that is inside or outside dimension so clearly this is mistake in description and this company are so cheap that even mistake is on they side they want me to pay for return, which is outrageous.
