Really easy to use online valuation tool that gave a fair price.
The price value online was the price I ended up with so none of this high valuation to get your attention and low ball after you speak to them.
Really friendly team and experience. Collection happened on time, automated texts and emails confirming collection and DVLA ownership change which saved me a job.
I received funds just over 2hrs after collection. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good service but too many texts at…
Good service but too many texts at times. You fill in the form they then text you to lot back in to check a, b & c. Then they call you to confirm all the information is correct. Then I got another text telling me to log back in to confirm more stuff and then an e-mail telling me if I miss my slot I may be charged 65 quid etc just put all the info on the first e-mail and get it confirmed over the phone then leave it at that. They were sound on phone the driver who came was a nice chap and the money was in my account as he pulled away. Would recommend just cut the texts and e-mails down.

This was such a pleasant experience! A fair offer as to scrap value followed by a pick up time arranged to suit. The time was honoured by a friendly, efficient operative who helped with paperwork. He notified the company collection was complete and advised me payment would be virtually instant. It was in my bank within 15 minutes, job done! Great service, many thanks.

Reliable & professional.
After being messed about by two other companies,Car.co was a blessed relief. Professional and straightforward from booking to collection.
Would be 5 stars but my collection slot was 8am-12pm & they arrived at 1.30pm.I wonder if they overbook because the truck driver said,
"It's always like this".
