After reviewing your booking, we can see that the original payment couldn't be processed because the bank details provided were incorrect. As soon as the correct details were received, payment was made on the very same working day.
We don't share our office address, as it isn't a public-facing location therefore it isn't a necessary piece of information for our team to share.

All the process was done online of which I wasn’t sure would go well, but I shouldn’t have worried as it was really smooth. The price offered was a standard market price of which I was happy with.
Having arranged a date for the car to be collected I was given a time between 8 am and 12pm. With plenty of communication beforehand the car was collected mid morning and the driver dealt with me in a very professional manner, explaining the process as it happened ( sorry to say I’ve forgotten his name ).

Couldn’t fault anything, from the initial enquiry, to booking the appointment. The collection driver Lee was great, kept me updated throughout, and regular updates on timings on the collection day.
On arrival, he was friendly, just knew what to do and made everything stress free.
Explained what to do with the transfer documents, took a few photos and money was in my account before he set off.
Honestly it was effortless and I couldn’t praise them enough.

I was sceptical at the very beginning…
I was sceptical at the very beginning as they gave me a slightly better price than the others, but I'm very positively surprised - they were quick, available (collection dates), and I had a call from them.
My car was fully running, but the alarm went off every time I opened the door. Collecting by them instead of me driving to the collection point was not a problem; it didn't affect the price, and it was a huge help for me.
The only hiccup was with the link sent to me to book an appointment - I was not able to open it on three devices, but after I raised it with the helpline, I received a call.
