Absolute frauds
I won a car on their online auction as part of the IAA salvage auction. They're supposed to send an email with the payment details which I had to chase up. The reason I had to email them is because they cancelled the car I won because "it had been scrapped". The car had 10 days MOT left on the day of the auction but now has a fresh MOT. I asked how a scrapped car passes an MOT and they've completely ignored me.

As soon as this was identified, the sale was cancelled accordingly.
We appreciate your frustration regarding the later MOT status of the vehicle, however decisions relating to vehicles after they leave our network are not something we are involved in or able to comment on directly.

The guy collecting the car was very efficient, and professional. His difficulty finding my house was nothing to do with him and everything to do with the planners who built the estate. The website was simple to use, and I got a price I was happy with. My only niggle was he did arrive early, fortunately it didn't matter.
