Camsure is a very good company. Excellent communications and the surveyor was very thorough. He communicated while he was doing the survey to tell me that he would call me later in the day after he had finished. He did so and this was very appreciated. Would use this company again.

I used Camsure Home Surveys while purchasing my new property. I can’t fault the communication and help from the very beginning, or how quickly they arranged for someone to attend the property, with a same-day turnaround for the report.
However, I can fault the fact that obvious signs of woodworm were missed, along with a serious issue involving a live bare wire with no end connection, which I am still yet to receive a response about.
When you pay a lot of hard-earned money for something so important, you expect issues like this to be noticed by a qualified professional in order to prevent financial loss or serious harm to anyone living in the property.
Because of this negligence, I do not feel my money was well spent, and I will be seeking advice about reimbursement.

We were extremely pleased with Camsure Home Surveys and the service provided by Neil Barnes for our Level 3 Survey.
Communication was excellent throughout; after the initial quote, there was just a single follow-up by email (no unsolicited calls), and they handled all scheduling efficiently.
Neil's survey report was impressively thorough and delivered on the same day, after a call to clearly explain the key findings. Even weeks later, Neil remained readily available and very helpful when we needed clarification.

We enquired about getting a Level 3 Survey on a Monday and had it booked in for the Friday; we were impressed that we could get it booked in so quick. The Survey Report was in depth, with lots of photos, and we received it by the following Tuesday, which, considering we had a bank Holiday on the Monday was a fast turnaround. We are confident to be purchasing a house that has been checked thoroughly and we are glad that we made the right choice in choosing the Level 3. Steven Taylor was very polite, professional, and was true to everything promised, which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with a house purchase. If ever we needed another House Survey, we wouldn't hesitate to choose Camsure. Thanks!

The booking process was easy and the survey was carried out shortly after. The level 3 report itself was extremely detailed and covered all aspects of the property both internally and externally. There were some very useful advisory points raised and we were surprised at the level of detail, particularly as the report was available to us on Bank Holiday Monday and had only been surveyed on the previous Friday. We have also now had a comprehensive call with Joel, the surveyor, who was really friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had brilliantly. We are more reassured now we have spoken to him due to his obvious expertise. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend his services.
