The suveyor, Lewis Chapman is exceptional great and a patient guy. He’s well detailed and quite a lovely guy.

Camsure were great, efficient, local, knowledgable and very efficient. Really thorough doc and the phone call before to collect more of our 'brief' and after to give 'his verbal opinion' were super helpful. So good to have these human touches within a process that is so legal and usually arse covering!

Easy to arrange and extremely detailed report delivered quickly
From the ease of arranging the most appropriate survey, with help from Sarah, to the super detailed report, which despite the comprehensive nature of it, was actually available to us very quickly. We received it on bank holiday Monday, which was excellent, as it had only been carried out on the previous Friday.

Excellent Level 3 Survey – Thorough, Honest and Extremely Helpful Service
Our surveyor, Stephanie Furness, was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional throughout. The property was an older listed building with a number of complex issues, and the report was detailed, clear and very easy to understand despite the technical nature of the findings.
What really stood out was the time Stephanie took to explain everything properly to us afterwards. She talked through the report in plain English, answered all of our questions patiently and honestly, and made sure we fully understood both the immediate concerns and the potential future implications before making a decision.
Although the survey ultimately led us to withdraw from the purchase, we are genuinely grateful for the quality of the inspection and advice provided, as it undoubtedly saved us from taking on significant unexpected costs and issues.
We would absolutely recommend Camsure Homes Ltd, and especially Stephanie, to anyone needing a detailed and professional survey service.
