Game changer!!
This eating program has truly been a game changer for me. I’ve been training 5-8x a week consistently for the last few years but could never quite get into the shape I wanted. Since trying the high protein option, I’ve gained lean mass, dropped fat and got into the condition I’ve been searching for! All this while eating great tasting food and saving enormous amounts of time shopping, cooking then cleaning. Would whole heartedly recommend to anyone who is struggling to fit everything in each day. I feel incredible, have heaps of energy and am finally content with my progress.

Food is great and helps to keep me on track with my health and fitness goals. However one thing I would say is the bags that the meals are delivered in pick up all the food smells meaning the bags smell really bad. It turns me off the meals - even though the meals are great! I think they need to consider alternative packaging.

Just to clarify the situation about your address. When a delivery is scheduled, our system sends a report to our drivers so that we can plan their routes. Unfortunately, there was an issue between systems, which meant we didn't capture your flat number.
This was completely our error, and although our support team didn't lie about it, we should have caught it sooner. It was an isolated incident, and it shouldn't happen again.
We've tried contacting you a few times by email and phone to resolve this, but we haven't been able to reach you.

I’ve had such a brilliant experience with Calo and can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for me.
The variety is incredible — I’m always excited to open the fridge because no two days feel the same. Every meal is genuinely delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully balanced. This isn’t repetitive “diet food” at all — it feels like proper, satisfying meals that you actually look forward to eating.
I’m on a custom meal plan, and the difference it’s made is huge. I used to really struggle with evening cravings and would often end up bingeing on dessert at night. Since starting Calo, I’m so satisfied after every meal that those cravings have completely disappeared — which I never thought I’d say. I feel full, nourished, and in control without feeling restricted.
The convenience is unbeatable and Calo are incredibly flexible — everything just fits around my life. And when I compare it to food shopping, cooking, and inevitable food waste, it actually works out cheaper than cooking for myself, with far better quality and consistency.
On top of all that, the results speak for themselves — I feel better, more energised, and far more consistent with my nutrition. If you’re looking for delicious food, amazing variety, real results and zero stress, I couldn’t recommend Calo more. The chefs all deserve a chefs kiss! 😅 you guys are brilliant!

The options for meals are plentiful
The options for meals are plentiful, the deliveries (daily or twice a week) are convenient. You can microwave to heat the meals or oven cook (10 mins at 180 degrees on a fan oven) and they taste great. Highly recommend Calo.
Tried a few different meal delivery options and this is by far the best quality, convenience and choice.

Really poor experience - bit of a scam
Really poor experience. My deliveries either kept failing to show or or they were attempting to deliver them at around midnight (when I was fast asleep), so quite often I kept missing delivery but still being charged.
This was causing me significant inconvenience having to wait up for my food to be deliveries. And some days it not turning up altogether so I had to go out and buy food from elsewhere. Originally Calo were quite good and understanding about the whole situation, and every time they missed a delivery would add a credit to my account.
In the end however they decided that they couldn’t make any more deliveries to me because of issues their end and basically told me along the lines that I wasn’t worthwhile/profitable as a customer. And then cancelled my account and removing all of my credits in the process, essentially. I advised that I was happy to wait for them to sort their delivery troubles out and pause my account however it seems like all they wanted to do was remove my credits leaving me inconvenienced and out of pocket.

Good experience overall
I have enjoyed using Calo - the food is great and it has helped me to meet my goals. The team is also very responsive to questions and the chat function is great. However I do have some feedback for the team:
- the delivery system can be tricky to manage if you do not have a safe space, as the delivery window is so wide it is not always possible to be at home. Even a 2 hour window would be easier to manage.
- the subscription and payments system is not easy to follow and I found it tricky to work out how much I had paid.
