Quick delivery
Quick delivery, products good. Will just add it's not a complaint but just a recommendation you sent a free gift which was very kind of you and I know you didn't have to but the item you gifted was going out of date within the next 2 days so it was just going to be wasted.

Excellent company and service
I've used this company many times for my baking supplies.
Not only have I found them the best value, their customer service is excellent.
Items always arrived well packaged, and my last order I received 2 free gifts, which were a lovely surprise!
I would recommend this company to anyone, and I look forward to ordering more supplies soon.

Item missing from my order & awful communication
Item missing from my order. When I made contact on the Wednesday, I was asked when I needed it by, I said the Friday at the very latest. I was assured the missing item would be delivered on Friday at the very latest.
Friday came and I had received an email from Royal mail saying it would be delivered Saturday, which is too late! I was having the items delivered to my work address as noone is home during the week. So a Saturday delivery was absolutely useless to me.
I rang Cake Cabinet a few times, even left a voicemail, which they state they will get back to you. I also sent an email of complaint on Friday. It's now Monday and i've received no contact back from this company.
I ended up having to order from elsewhere with a very expensive next day delivery to my home address, which ended up delivering before 9am! A far better service.
I have now received the original missing item at my work address, to find "Royal Mail Tracked 48" which is a 2-3 day delivery service. So considering this was a Wednesday afternoon I raised the issue.. this delivery service was never going to make it to me in time and was given false promises from that first phone call.
The lack of contact from this company is appalling, especially when it is down to their own error in the first place.
I will not be using this company again, utterly disappointed by it.

Poor quality control
My order arrived damaged beyond repair. I was told a replacement would be delivered on the 5th June but it arrived a day late. This one is slightly damaged, but fixable. Product quality is poor.
