ByMiles is the best car insurance I have ever had. I felt everything was brilliant, the app - so personable, the offer, the service, the price. It was so easy to use this insurer (Its really sad they are no longer trading after the end of this year). Other insurers should take note!

By Miles is a very well run company, perfect for anyone with lower mileage on their vehicle. It’s so simple to adjust your policy without a huge expense. Very impressed

I had a problem with my tracker and it wasn’t connecting and recording my miles, I felt that other companies would just assume I was trying to scam them. They sent out a new tracker and didn’t add any more miles onto my service, which I appreciated.

The overall cost of my policy is affordable. If I hadn't chosen ByMiles when I did, I would have had to give up driving at a time when my health issues require that I keep my car. My independence is important to me. The service and app have never let me down. Customer service was excellent when I had my first accident last year. The repair was great. My only concern was that I was injured, and the chosen solicitors started my case, but so far it hasn't been resolved. I am sticking with ByMiles for the foreseeable future.

Excellent company and a shame they are not continuing the By Miles car insurance as it was very useful for a rarely used car. Great customer service and refund on unused miles transferred the day my insurance expired.
