This insurance is largely based on mileage,(assuming you are a safe driver and don't have any, or many, bad experiences whilst driving) so it strikes me as being rather a fair way of determining monthly payments. I imagine if you're a truck driver doing high mileage it might not suit you, but if, like me, you're retired - or you normally don't do large mileages regularly, it might be something to consider. I normally pay something between £3 & £25 p.mth. I haven't had any prangs since taking this insurance out, so can't comment about that.

Best car insurance

This is my 2nd year with by miles and it's been rewarding. I only have to pay for the mileage I drive and get free miles
I have contacted the help line and always had any issues sorted immediately. The staff are well trained and courteous at all times. I will use this company as long as I possibly can.

Great company with excellent customer support manned by good advisors and are very prompt in response for any enquiry related to Insurance. Sad to hear that they are no longer going to offer Car Insurances.

Easy to deal with great service

I have enjoyed every service of By Miles from the get go. From updates to feedbacks and customer responses. The only thing for me that can be improved is the no weekend services for customers and a bit more extended time in the week. That's gona make the overall service perfect.

I had a problem logging In to the app. A quick talk to the bot and a human took over. Speedy resolution to the problem. Great car insurance. Shame they are being taken over by a bigger company. No doubt it will be more expensive and less human contact.

They are very professional and understanding. Been with them for years and would definitely recommend.

Very reasonable price and I think the tag for seeing the route and mileage used per trip.

Clear explicit answer to my enquiry. Previously I didn’t get a good explanation as to why I was refused a renewal. Kelly told me that By Miles will cease trading in ten months time which saddens me as I was very satisfied with the company.

I am really disappointed that ByMiles will no longer be operating their pay by mile policy, and that I have had to look elsewhere for cover. I have been with them for a long time and was very satisfied.
