The Miles team have been very helpful and supportive since I've been with them.
They have been one of the best car insurance I've ever known.

I have been with By Miles twice in a row now and would continue to stay with them in the future but they will no longer be operating unfortunately. I have never paid such low rates for car insurance before. And whenever I have needed assistance I would use the online chat - not have to wait long at all for a response and my queries would always be answered and in detail too. The most easiest insurance company I have dealt with.

Good response to queries, fast and to the point. Most helpful and informative. You know exactly how many miles you have driven and the cost which is paid monthly. An email sent in advance with the date the payment is taken. The site allows you to find where your car is and does a diagnostic test to give you peace of mind should you choose to use it. Very useful is the estimated journey giving the cost, miles and time it would take. Plus an outline of the route.
I would highly recommend this company, but alas it is being taken over by AXA. No doubt it will be more expensive! Such a shame

I couldn't input my credit card details for some unknown reason and when I phoned By Miles, a very helpful Tom emailed me directions. After 6 attempts, it was finally accepted. Such a relief!

They are always there to help and resolve the problem ASAP, highly recommend it

Quick efficient and knowledgeable service

Novel way of insuring your car….unfortunately they are ceasing this operation having a new owner with a new business strategy. By Miles allows the driver to take control of how much insurance they pay. Use the car less and you are recompensed. And it is especially useful for drivers who do not do a lot of miles per year.
Any communication with the By Miles Team has been informative and helpful. Happily I have not had to make a claim but feel that it would be efficiently dealt with. It is such a shame they are not renewing policies. I have enjoyed the simplicity of their system, and the recognition that some of us do not use our cars every day, and should not be paying insurance when the car is tucked up in the garage.
I now have to search out alternative insurance which I am sure will not come up to their standard or price.

The agent I dealt with was knowlegable and rapidly identified the problem and provided a solution which worked as promised.

My car was in for MOT and mechanic unplugged tracker which flashed up on my tracker.
I quickly informed miles tracker by email and got an immediate response

Five stars are for receiving such a prompt response explaining that By Miles is actually closing but haven't as yet updated their telephone recording. To say I am very disappointed to receive confirmation of the closure is an understatement

By Miles is a useful way of insuring a car if you have limited or restricted driving needs. I have Parkinson’s disease and don’t use my car much now. I only pay by the miles I drive so it’s very economical.
