good service and unlimited bandwidth and the speed for games is great I like Frantech since it does not charge you per hour and its bandwidth is infinite I like it

No issues, exactly as advertised, no hidden costs. Easy to scale because everything has a clear price and tiers go up in small increments. There is no better VM provider.

Has been with BuyVM since my first experience with VPS provider. Their service is high quality, extremely price reasonable. Francisco is always helpful and good manner. Happy with BuyVM all the time.

Solid support and performance

I've used VPSes from BuyVM for about a dozen years now in support of my software development consultancy. Their equipment and networks have been very reliable in this time. Downtime, which has probably averaged once per year, is almost always announced ahead of time.

I despise working with larger companies that have marginal services and put technologically illiterate staff on the front lines and force customers to spend hours and days sharing the same request and information over and over as the issue is pushed up the chain to the few people that actually can get things done.

My experience with BuyVM has been very different. I don't think I've ever had to contact them about a service failure or performance problem. I have contacted them a few times about more fringe VPS use cases. I always get a response quickly, and generally I get what I need from them with their first response. I appreciate how they don't waste my time!

Just this past weekend, the day before New Year's day, I opened a fairly technical question/request. I got a response in minutes and it ANSWERED MY QUESTION. On the first try! They made a tweak to my account setup within maybe 30 minutes and I was off and runnning. Thanks Francisco!

Great CPU performance with little issues, if at all. Staff is usually rather speedy, and any of the problems I've had over my years experience with them have been solved within one or two ticket replies. My latest ticket relating to slab storage was solved just by submitting a ticket, and I didn't have to do anything else besides reboot afterwards.

The storage slabs break multiple times a Month, tons of I/O errors. I like their services but I would NEVER use these guys for anything production.

Seems like they are still trying to figure out how to do things.

I have my storage slab break off at least 4 times in the last 2 months, and every time I would try to reboot the server, it would never come back online for days until they solved the issue.

I think they are running on cheap hardware that they get used and that's why everything breaks all the time.

Anyways, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Great performance, very cheap.

The support staff are always friendly and I have never had any issue that hasn't been resolved or a question unanswered after contacting them. They always respond extremely quickly. Considering that it is unmanaged hosting, the staff have been willing to go above and beyond on multiple occasions.

I have never had any issues related to performance and never noticed any downtime. I am hosting multiple WordPress sites on the server without any issues.

I would definitely recommend Frantech because of the very low prices, great support team and good performance.

They are hosting a spoof of our website, contacted them numerous times and they just ignore it. We even have a support ticket pending that just perpetually stays open with no updates.

From this server I'm just receiving many spam emails.
