I've used buyvm for many years off and on for small vps or webhosting.
Support is friendly and helpful, I've recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

I broke things with a software upgrade. They told me how to fix it myself. Problem solved. Woo.

Excellent server hosting with great support.

A person using their service was committing fraud and stealing my banking information. Their response was that they don't care. If you see an IP address associated with their service make sure you work with you bank to block it. Also contacting the .ca domain authority to file a complaint against this domain.

I've only been using BuyVM for a little while at this point, but they have been quick to respond to my support requests. They do have some quirks in their sells process, but all in all, I would sign up again.

Fantastic service, fast and objective..

I have been using the BuyShared/BuyVM reseller plan for the past 3 months, and I must say I'm not entirely satisfied with it. It's true that they offer impressive or even the best prices, but they lack reliability. The server is almost down every day for a few minutes, sometimes even 15-20 minutes. The worst part, however, is their customer service. It's extremely slow. I understand that they may not be available 24x7, but even during their working hours, it takes them hours to respond. This is my honest feedback based on my personal experience, and I don't intend to defame them.

From KVM VMs and block storage to custom solutions, BuyVM is solid overall. Customer support can take a while to get back to you, but issues are usually solved in a timely manner. Nothing to complain about.

Been a customer of Fran's for many years across different services, and I've nothing negative to say. I'm still looking forward to the Godzilla Protection out of Vegas, but I guess we'll need to settle for Fran's sexy bod in the meantime. Rock solid service for prices that are quite frankly above reasonable, not to mention the Frantastic support you get for FREE. How DOES he do it? Find out and grab a slice!

Was having issues with my VPS and a rep replied within less than 15 minutes and solved my issue. Their Discord is also pretty active and helpful. Performance and DDOS protection is also great for the price.

They've been one of the best and most down to earth hosting providers I've ever used.
