Excellent customer service
Royal Mail delivered my parcel from V2 to the wrong address. When I contacted V2 they responded immediately, followed up with Royal Mail and posted a replacement within 24 hours. People are quick to criticise poor customer service but this was excellent so shout out to Ruth!

If I could I would give 10 stars. Very good quality product that I have been using for several years and I am always satisfied. And the customer service staff is fully professional. My parcel was lost, they took care of this unpleasant event. And although it was not their fault, they obliged to return my money or send another delivery. This is great respect for the customer that other companies should learn from them. And the service staff for their full commitment to my case gets 10 stars from me for that. Highly Recommended
I have used V2 Cigs for years now. If there are ever any problems a quick phone call to their knowledgable team will always sort them out. I have had occasion to request a replacement vape pen for a faulty unit and every time a new pen has been issued the next day at no cost.
Their products are of very high quality and the Vasavi juice is the best I have found.

Fantastic customer service, great products
Fantastic customer service when I had need to contact them after being informed that one of the disposable vapes I had ordered on a special offer had sold out. The young lady was so friendly & helpful in sorting an alternative flavour, which my husband really likes. Hopefully he’ll be able to find a liquid in the same flavour on your site when the need arises.
