I received a confirmation number and the money was taken from my account. I haven't received my order and several letters sent to them have gone unanswered...

They are a total rip off. I agree with all those who wrote a bad review.
I order 4 dresses in December. They finally sent me 1dress at the end of January and it looks nothing like the dress I ordered it looks like my mother's nightie!.
They never send reply emails even though their site says they will reply in 24hours and refunds are not easy!
I am still waiting!
They also go by the name ANTHONYFAB. Be careful it's the same rip off site.
Stay away.

These people are scammers
These people are scammers. It's not a legitimate site. I placed an order 1 / 14 / 20 and received a confirmation number. I haven't received any updates since the day I ordered. I contacted them twice via email inquiring about tracking information and the status of my order but no one responded. They took money out of my account the same day I ordered but haven't giving me any updates on my order. I will be disputing the charges.

Don’t buy from this site, you will be so disappointed.
I ordered 8 dresses, so far I have received 4. They are totally not what I ordered. I wouldn’t put them on my grandma. I swear one of them made its way from 1960 lol.
Keep away from this crappy site.

I ordered on 1/8/20 and received order…
I ordered on 1/8/20 and received order number 1349, but no shipping notice or products delivered. Sent an email telling them they had 24 hours to respond or I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. No response.
I'm normally not a victim of this sort of thing and thought because the ad showed up on a reputable news web site that it was legit.
I googled it and no one seemed to have an issue with them so I thought I was OK.
It is not OK.

Do not trust this website. It appears they are misrepresenting their company with the reputable company lulu in the US. They list address in British Columbia but do NOT have a telephone number. I ordered on January 6, received a confirmation and sent a followup inquiry. I have yet to hear from them.

Is Buyluludress a real company? Order #1368 paid on 1/10/2020! Nothing to date!
Order #1368 was paid on 1/10/2020. Received a confirmation email. Order not shipped to date. Nothing! No response to numerous and various attempts to contact the company by email. Fulfillment status on the account page is constantly "Unfulfilled." There is a reference to a help page, where is the link? No link to cancel the order. Is this a real company? Very disappointed!
