My mother ordered items We actually recieved her order. 4 items were incorrect. Ordered 1 black1 white 1 pink and 1 blue of the same dress. Recieved 1 white and 3 black of the same dress.one other dress was supposed to be a pink gauzy dress and received a blue crazy patterned rayon dress and the last dress was supposed to be black size 4 xl and received a white 2xl. Sent multiple e-mails to an address that was extremely difficult to locate, had to go trawling through every bit of information pages to find. No reply to 7 seperate enquiries regarding how to proceed with returns and refund. Order in middle of December and received end of February. Thankfully I had used PayPal. Opened a dispute with PayPal and within 5 minutes We received an email from yet a different address from buylulu saying someone would contact me within 48 hours to try to resolve my issue's. No one got back to me of course. Through the PayPal process I was offered a refund from buylulu of $20 US dollars. Order cost $170.00 ($245.00 Australian) with 4 incorrect items We rejected the offer. Paypal gave us directions of where to return items (China) cost $70.00 AUD to return. After i gave proof of postage - tracking number and photos of packaging and photo of return address (thank goodness I was paranoid and thought I should document every step as proof was needed). Buylulu didn't reply to PayPal contact so PayPal sided with us and refunded the full amount back. We are out $70 AUD but that is less than $245.00 It has been an expensive and stressful experience and the first-ever bad online experience. With the order we recieved was a return card (Ha, like you can track them down) and it asks your order number and which site you ordered from. WHICH SITE, means they must have multiple doggy sites.

As with most reviews below I have had a very similar experience. Excitedly ordered dresses that may have been suitable for my daughter’s formal. Received a confirmation email with the order number then nothing since late January. Tried emailing -no response. Got on to PayPal and they suggested dealing directly with the seller -still no response. Escalated my dispute with PayPal and got an immediate response from the Seller. Very badly written email stating it took a long time to make my dresses (I had chosen well with good taste!!) and unless I canceled my dispute through PayPal they wouldn’t be able to send my parcel. Amazing how quick they responded then. No way I will be cancelling my dispute as I know as soon as I do there will be no purchases sent.

Ordered a dress through them via kaiaslove numerous emails I have sent they have not responded, very upset I was ripped off , ordered 3/2/2020 will get in contact with my bank and authorities

The worst ever - I put an order in January 2020 and after 15 emails to them no response nothing - I think I have just lost $180.00 of clothes I have purchased - If anybody can tell me what to do to get my money back would be appreciated because I don't know how to go about it.

SCAM!!! I ordered cardigan. Waited a month. Never received. Emailed three different email addresses but never received one response.

Do not buy anything from this site! It is a SCAM!!
I ordered a pair of jeans, a sweater and a beautiful dress on February 8, 2020. I thought I was on the LuLu’s site, but Kaiaslove.com comes up every time I visit this site and my order #1991 is unfulfilled. I still have no merchandise.

I have emailed them twice with no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company today and they are going to credit the amount charged back to my card. I’m sure they will be investigating this company. Hopefully, someone will have to answer for robbing all of the customers posting reviews! It’s terrible all of us have been cheated for just trying to buy some clothes!! Ridiculous!!!

Paid for items 12/2/2020. Got nothing, googled there reply email address, scam scam scam.
I have sent an email, there reply was we are looking into it. I have forwarded all info to the correct authorities.
I know I have lost my money and I’m bloody annoyed.
Please don’t touch this site at all.

My mother bought a dress from them - via an ad that appeared on Facebook. I am so angry that Facebook allows JUST ANYONE to place an add on their website - what we would like to believe is a trusted source of sorts!

My mother is out over US$50 and is so devastated to have been scammed by these b*stards.

I've ticked the box below when writing this review that states: Let Buyluludress know about your review. Check this box and we'll notify them. As their website seems to no longer exist online - this is clearly a pointless gesture! They've had a successful scam and gone underground.

Never received my order.
I saw the ad while searching on realestate.com.au. How can this website appear on a reputable Australian website?
So far I still saw the ads appearing everywhere.

Reading through the reviews so to see if can locate contact number. I've sent several emails todate 21.2.20 no reply . I made an order 27.1 and yet to receive the item. indeed a scam I've raised a dispute with my cc to hold off payment. Lets see if they can stop the scammers receiving the funds.Ms Nothappy

So we placed an order Jan7, allowed adequate time for shipping. Since Feb7 have emailed twice with no response!

Regrettably, I have had the identical experience the majority of reviews here state when I made a purchase at "buylulus.com" on February 4, 2020. I purchased 6 dresses for $167.26 and so excited and hopeful that one of these dresses would be the one to wear for my son's May wedding.

My heart sank when I realized I hadn't recieved any further updates for my order besides the one sent initially on the night I made the purchase. That very night I confirmed that the transaction was charged immediately to my bank account and cleared two days later along with a small fee designated as an international transaction fee.

Early this morning I found there was still no progress with my order as the status was listed as "unfulfilled." After finding these awful reviews on Trustpilot I immediately contacted my bank and have filed a report. I learned that it is customary with the bank dispute department to wait several weeks to allow sufficient time for processing and shipping of goods, but based on all the negative reviews I found here, I asked that my dispute be filed today. Besides providing the agent with a verbal account, I also wrote an email (via bank app) to provide a written description of my dispute and corroborating that I suspect I have been scammed by providing screenshots of the only email recieved from Buylulus.com when I originated my purchase and I sent screenshots of the compelling reviews found here.

The agent from my bank's dispute department also encouraged that I email Buylulus to inquire of my order status so I will have evidence as to their response or lack of response. I plan to email Buylulus everyday to have the ability to demonstrate my good faith efforts in recieving my purchase.

The email my bank provided for Buylulus is: service 'at' tbdress 'dot' com. I was also told it shows they are based in Poland. The agent could have provided the international telephone number but I am uneasy to connect in that manner in the event they could somehow further SCAM via telecommunications.

I truly hope this helps to prevent others from being scammed. I regret I ignored that little nagging feeling I had that night when I saw the big discount I recieved and the "free shipping" was all too good to be true! But of course they were at least good enough to offer "free shipping" when they knew all along their intention was that literally nothing was going to be shipped!

I intend to follow through with this dispute in hope of recovering my money and also to ensure this operation is shut down!!

Same experience as the few I've read. Only way l have seen a way to contact was via email and after 10 emails have heard nothing. NEVER SHOP FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Same as most I'm afraid, ordered a sweater and then never heard from them. A complete scam.

Bought item in early January and have yet to hear from the seller. The website looks legit on the surface, and since the link was from a reputable company I had no doubts I would get a good product. After ordering I knew something was up when I say the exact same product from 3 different adds the site ran, all from different sellers. I have disputed the charge, and encourage you not to give this website any money or personal information.

I ordered a hoodie and pants in mid January. They took my money and sent me an order number saying that my order would be despatched in 1-3 days. Never heard from them again. I tried to log in to my account on their website to cancel my order, but the site claimed it didn't recognize my email (despite the order number being emailed to that address).

I've emailed them, as there is no other way to contact them that I can see, but I suspect I have been scammed.

I order a coat and pullover in January they took the money and sent a confirmation number for my order and nothing after that. I wrote to them about my order and no response, do not use this site just a total too off they are a scam, heartless people.

Beware of this website. I usually don't have a problem with online shopping but this Buyluludress stole my money! Sent me an order confirmation 1189 and that was it, no shipping notification was ever sent and I paid the extra $10 for 3-7 days shipping. Have sent 4 emails demanding the goods or my money back but have never got a reply from the thieving dogs!

IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE, ONLY AFTER POSTING A COMPLAINT I GOT A PATHETIC EMAIL.. THEY MADE UP SOME LAME EXCUSE THAT THE ORDER NO I GAVE THEM ASKING WHERE MY ORDER WAS, WAS NOT CORRECT ORDER AND TO CONTACT THEM. NO PHINE NUMBER, NO REPLIES. I SENT ANOTHER SCREEN SHOT OF THEIR EMAIL CONFIRMING MY ORDER. NOTHING. CRIMINALS, YOU ARE CRIMINALS.

I bought 5 dresses on the 17/1/2020. They took the money out of my account that day and sent me a receipt showing all the beautiful dresses I had just paid for. I was so excited, but not for long. That was the one and only email I have received. No goods and I have sent several emails with no replies.
The site looked ligit, but this person is obviously a thief. So disappointed.
