This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! From the ordering process to the customer service it’s just top notch, I emailed to ask for my garden furniture to be delivered earlier due to an event and it came the day before, the driver called to say it would be delivered on the day of the party but I told him I needed it the day before and there was no issue he had it out to me within the hour! Thanks Sean! The furniture itself is flawless everyone admires it and I wil definitely being purchasing from this company again!

Speedy delivery, user friendly website... Maybe a little more info on the product would be handy (i bought a dehumidifier) but great service all together. I'd definitely buy here again and totally recommend.

Promised discount code three times, purposely not sent.
I was looking for a fridge freezer as my old one was working intermittently and on the verge of stopping completely. I noticed a 5% discount for new customers, I contacted live chat and asked was there any discount offers for existing customers. They gave me a number to ring and said to ask for a discount code. I spoke to an agent, explained l needed to order asap and was offered a 5% discount and told it would arrive in an email the next day. Two days later l rang another agent and told him it hadn't arrived, he apologised and promised it would be done right away. I waited another two days before contacting live chat. I was asked for all the details and promised the code would be sent by email, again it didn't arrive. I ordered regardless as my old fridge freezer was getting worse and the freezer was full. Seems like l was promised the discount then ignored as they new l really needed to order a new one. I would have been disappointed but satisfied if l had been told at the beginning that the offer was for new customers only instead of being lead up the garden path three times.

Worst nightmare
By far, the worse company I ever worked with. You don't what is worse, customer service or delivery team.
Let's make long story short: ordered on 16/5/26, on website stated delivery day for 29/5.
After nothing changed, no updates at all, on 5/6 I call their "brilliant" customer service, my delivery was splitted on two deliveries, which I didn't mind in that moment. Bathware was delivered correctly, but appliances wasn't. And at that moment the worst nightmare starts.
Again I called their customer service, stating that I'm missing dishwasher, they need up to five working days to investigate , then after 6 working days another call to their customer service.
Still no update. After that I requested to talk with manager.
I get callback from manager who asked for additional 24-48 hours.
So how nothing happened after 48 hours I called again, and they requested additional 48 hours to "investigate". Finally on Friday 26/6 I get email from them that dishwasher will be delivered on Monday 29/6.
Guess what, it wasn't delivered.
I called them this morning, and they said it will be delivered in next 10-14 days. On the end I requested for a refund which will take up to 5 working days. Avoid this scammers by any cost.

delivery date expectation
when i was purchasing the fire a delivery date was given but after i put the order through it said that the delivery was within two weeks. the fire did in fact arrive on the day it originally said but i found it stressful not knowing when i had a builder on site that day to fit it. i did email and they couldn’t confirm the date at the time. it all worked out in the end but i think giving the delivery date at the outset is a bit misleading as that is why i bought it in the first place. delivery and item were excellent though. if you are ordering something just give it plenty of time in case
