Again buy it direct, was fast and very reasonably priced. I got a 32" refurbished monitor for under 90 euro. The monitor is immaculate. Well happy. Super fast delivery.

Avoid - They Send Defective Products
Avoid Avoid Avoid buying anything from buyitdirect as they send defective products and will not refund or replace them. They are in breach of Consumer Rights Act UK 2015. I bought Bosch Series 2 54cm Canopy Cooker hood. The product was only opened by the kitchen fitter and was discovered to have multiple defects. The motor was damaged, screws were missing in the motor, the bulb was shattered and the filter was damaged.
It is unacceptable to receive such a defective product. YET Buyitdirect refused to replace or refund the product and kept quoting their 14 day policy which is in breach of Consumer Rights Act. The product was non-conforming with the contract for reason of being faulty/damaged, and this non-conformity became apparent within six months of the purchase then I am entitled to a repair or replacement. If the trader is unable or unwilling to provide one of these remedies then you will be entitled to a refund.
Buyitdirect refused to do anything. A disgraceful company that sends damaged products and keeps customers money. Shameful unethical company that should not be in business.

Worst Customer Service Experience I've Ever Had
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Buy It Direct to think carefully before placing an order.
I purchased a freezer on 21 May 2026. After waiting almost three weeks for delivery, the appliance finally arrived damaged. From that point onwards, what should have been a straightforward replacement process turned into more than a month of frustration.
Throughout the case, I received conflicting information from different customer service representatives, repeated promises that the collection would be arranged, and multiple emails containing what appeared to be generic template responses that did not address the specific issues I had raised.
On more than one occasion, I rearranged my work schedule and stayed at home expecting progress on the collection, only to receive no meaningful update. Despite promptly reporting the damage, providing all requested information, and fully cooperating with every step of the process, I was left with a damaged appliance and no clear resolution.
What disappointed me most was not the damaged freezer itself—these things can happen—but the complete lack of ownership and effective communication once the problem was reported. Instead of receiving a replacement or refund within a reasonable timeframe, I spent weeks chasing updates and receiving apologies without any concrete action.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have encountered when purchasing a major appliance. I eventually had to seek assistance through my bank because the issue remained unresolved.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Buy It Direct again

Rotten inside and out. Extremely poor quality
This BBQ is not worth the money. Bought in April 2023 and by April 2026 its completely covered in rust and the gas regulator supports are rotten. Tried calling the company and no response.
This grill was stored indoors when not in use so no reason for it to rot so quickly.
