Scam or just terrible service?
It's now two weeks past the delivery date provided at the time of booking. My tracking number doesn't work and I have to be on hold for over 30 minutes every time I try to call them, just to them get cut off. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my delivery or if this is a scam.

I ordered a fridge
I ordered a fridge, arrived 2 weeks later with a big dent in the fridge door emailed them about this they offered 50 pound cash I said no i want a full refund with the 99€ delivery fee or a replacement, I choose a replacement but they had to book in for collection first to take the fridge back and then they can send out replacement, so I will be 4 weeks or more without a fridge, wouldn't not recommend

Laughable excuses for failed deliveries
I ordered a dehumidifier with priority delivery, which failed to arrive despite multiple false promises from their support team. When I eventually had to cancel the order due to their stock issues, they had the audacity to blame it on 'high demand' in the middle of summer—a completely laughable excuse for their failed logistics. Avoid this company if you value your time; they clearly cannot manage their inventory or meet their own delivery deadlines.

The delivery person was rude also he…
The delivery person was rude also he handled my purchase in a very rough manner. In order to get it through the door he roughly rocked the freezer banging it from side to side while leaving marks on it and while taking the wrapping off proceeded to cause a lot of paint damage to my ceiling. mentioned the marks on the freezer to him but he just ignored me. Very happy with my freezer but such a shame the delivery guy wasn’t very pleasant.

Ok quality, but late and wrong
The items received were fine.
Unfortunately they were not the dimensions written on the website, and they took 8 weeks to deliver.
Had they been delivered at a reasonable time and with the correct measurements, I'd happily give a good review. Ultimately, our first and only experience with Buy it Direct was not a good one.
