Had treatment at one of your medical centres which included a surgical incision. Stitches came out after 2 days, the doctor is no longer available. Made a appointment with a nurse at the clinic to be seen instead. drove 40 mins to the clinic only for it to be shut and the main contact line could not tell me why. they sent me to A&E which was another 40 min drive back to where i had come, A&E would not help and i now have to try and make a appointment somewhere else to get this surgical cut fixed! Whats now going from a 1inch thin scar is turning into a HUGE deep scar the size of a coin, not treatment you would expect from BUPA professionals!

Easy and straightforward process to call BUPA and obtain an authorisation number for my treatments within my cover.
The staff and helpful and explain the process and then send an email or text with all the information.

Quick and easy process to get an appointment with Mr Dawson and have the necessary tests (x-ray, MRI etc.). Mr Dawson explains everything clearly so that it is easy to understand.
However, the only downside is that I have to travel outside of Cumbria each time for tests to be carried out as there are no BUPA approved test facilities within the region.

I spoke to one of the best customer service gentleman in a very long time from many different companies. We had a laugh, he asked questions made sure he understood what I meant and got the job done without all the awkward questions some companies feel needed before you even get to speak the end goal person. Would recommend as a health safety net every time.

Completed my claim post 7pm on a Thursday, received text following morning to say my claim had been reviewed and will receive payment in next 3-5 working days.
