I found the staff member to be very kind, considerate and helpful

I found the staff member to be very kind and helpful. I was seeking cover to consult a cardiologist. She explained tge process well and also gave a lot of useful info on what my policy covered and what it didn’t. In addition she advised of the availability of an on call cardiac nurse if I’d any health issues. Overall, I was very happy with her advice and assistance. She also, as promised , emailed and text full details.

The on-line system was so easy to use

The on-line system was so easy to use, a few details needed, then upload the receipts, job done! An email to confirm receipt of the claim followed by confirmation and the amount to be paid. Smooth and seamless.

Awful

Awful - I had to chase for her a month and then once someone responded they wanted me to pay my GP £60 to receive £100 - very stressful and unhelpful!!!!
I’m recovering from an emergency surgery - this is a waste of time!!!
