I have been waiting for over 3 weeks…
I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a call, email, letter, carrier pigeon to let me know what has happened to my refund for treatment I had to pay for whilst Bupa decided to check my claim request. It’s been going on since October. Numerous emails sent, more phone calls than I can remember Totally inept of dealing with any issues.

Sound guidance through recent hip issue
BUPA were really helpful guiding me through the treatment for a recent muscular issue with my hip, so that I got the correct injection that kept the pain at bay to allow me to progress through the physio afterwards.

I have been with BUPA for over 25 years, but this was the first time I used my cover and the experience was absolutely great. Easy to contact them and very courteous. I am really delighted with the service and I should know because I am a doctor as well. Highly recommended
