Disappointing Product & Customer Service
I purchased a Dolphy hair dryer from Bulk Buys, and unfortunately it broke after a short period of use.
I contacted Bulk Buys to report the issue and request assistance, but it has now been over two weeks with no response.
Very disappointing experience, particularly the lack of after-sales support. I would expect a business to respond promptly when a product they sold becomes faulty.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing from Bulk Buys again.

I just wish the delivery charge was a bit more reasonable, plus you sell plastic bags , but not the twist ties for them,I find that unacceptable

Hi Dean,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Our bags and produce rolls do not come with twist ties, as the majority of our customers do not request them - thus we do not stock them as a product.
We also wish that delivery was more reasonable but with the current situation with driver availability and the cost of petrol, delivery services are understandably increasing in price. We try to offer the lowest rate available to us.

150m of alfoil at supermarket was $35 but was able to buy these in a box of 6 for around $18.50 per 150m roll! And product quality difference barely noticeable.
