Please note that we made multiple attempts to reach out to you in February regarding your delivery and the difficulties the courier experienced in reaching you. As we received your instructions 9 days after our initial contact, the courier had unfortunately already returned the item to us.
At that time, we contacted you again and offered to either resend the item or provide a refund. I have also reached out again today to confirm which option you would prefer.
Please note that we require customer confirmation before processing refunds for returned deliveries, as some customers may still wish to have the item resent if they still need it.
